Corn Bake Triangles w/Caramelized Onions and Parmesan Cheese Ingredients: 1 GFS Sweet Corn Bake Entrée 6 Large Yellow Onions 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese ½ Cup Olive Oil ½ Cup Butter 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic Directions: Thaw the Sweet Corn Bake completely. Spray a jellyroll pan with cooking spray and spread the Sweet Corn Bake evenly in the pan. Bake the Sweet Corn Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it is golden brown and let cool. Cut onions into thin strips and pan fry in olive oil and butter until caramelized to a deep golden color. Add salt and pepper and garlic. Stir and set aside. Cut the corn bake into 1 inch squares or 2 inch triangles, top with a dollop of onions and garnish with the Parmesan cheese. Serve hot or cold.
