Directions: Melt butter in a medium sautĂŠ pan, add onions, green peppers, ham and minced garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add warmed Macaroni and Cheese; mix well. Pour out onto serving plate and top with shredded cheese.
