Easy Chili Yields: 8 servings Ingredients: 1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Onion, chopped 2 cups Tomato Sauce 3.5 cups Diced Tomatoes 2 cups Beans (use what you’ve got – black, pinto, kidney) 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Cumin
Directions: Brown the ground beef and onion on medium heat on the stove. After the onion has softened, add everything else. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, covered for 15 minutes.
