Football Deviled Eggs Ingredients: 1 dozen Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard Green pepper, sliced into small sticks Salt & Pepper, to taste Directions: Cut eggs in half, remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks together and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Scoop yolk mixture back into egg halves. Top and press 3 sticks of green pepper onto yolk mixture to represent strings on a football.
