Game Day Muffalettas Ingredients: 8 8 ½ cup ¼ tsp. 1 lb. 8 8 1 cup

slices Pre Cooked Bacon Kaiser or Onion Rolls Mayonnaise Crushed Garlic Deli Sliced Turkey Breast Romaine Lettuce Leaves sliced Tomatoes Italian Dressing Cherry Tomatoes or Olives for Garnish

Directions: Using a serrated knife horizontally cut off top third of each roll; pull out soft bread from bottoms, leaving ¼ inch thick shells. Combine mayonnaise and garlic and spread evenly on the bottoms of the rolls. Layer evenly the lettuce, turkey bacon and tomatoes. Brush inside tops with the Italian dressing and place on the sandwich. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Garnish each sandwich with a cherry tomato or olive on a frill pick. Use the garnish to tell if the sandwich is Turkey roast beef or ham if you choose to make a variety.


In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and butter. Brush a large frying pan over medium heat with this mixture and cook the patties in batches until golden brown and crisp, 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Top each potato cake with a dollop of the crème, a piece of salmon and a bit of the chopped chives.
