Kentucky Bourbon Wings Ingredients: 5 lbs. fresh chicken wings 1 tbsp. butter 1/8 cup onion, minced 1/2 tsp garlic, minced 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. Gordon Signature Kentucky Bourbon Sauce Directions: Deep-fry wings at 350° F for 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy brown. Drain well. Sauté onions and garlic in butter till soft. Add sauce, stir and reserve. Toss with wings and serve.
