Peking Citrus Wings Ingredients:  3 lbs. chicken wings  1 cup sugar  1/2 cup orange juice  1/4 cup lemon juice  1/4 cup lime juice  1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce Directions:  Season wings and roast until skin is crispy, or deep-fry 12 to 14 minutes.  Place sugar and juices in saucepan; simmer until a syrup forms; let cool.  Mix syrup and wing sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Make extra sauce to serve on the side for dipping sauce.
