Peking Citrus Wings Ingredients: 3 lbs. chicken wings 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup lime juice 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce Directions: Season wings and roast until skin is crispy, or deep-fry 12 to 14 minutes. Place sugar and juices in saucepan; simmer until a syrup forms; let cool. Mix syrup and wing sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Make extra sauce to serve on the side for dipping sauce.
