Pizza on a Wing Ingredients: 1/2 cup garlic, chopped 1/2 cup onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup lemon Juice 2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp rosemary, fresh chopped 1 tbsp oregano, fresh chopped 1 cup marinara 10 lbs. chicken wings 3 tbsp. pickled banana, cherry peppers, chopped 1/4 cup butter, melted Directions: Sauté garlic in oil; lightly browning. Remove from heat completely. Add Marinara, Frank's RedHot Sauce, lemon juice, and herbs. Mix and chill. Can be prepared ahead. Deep-fry wings at 350°F until crispy brown. Drain and place in tossing bowl with sauce, melted butter, and pickled peppers. Toss well to coat chicken wings. Serve with bleu cheese dip and celery sticks, if desired.
