Scrambled Egg Baguette Ingredients: 1 8 ½ cup ž cup 1 cup
Fresh French Baguette Fresh Eggs scrambled soft Sour Cream Bacon Crumbles Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions: Slice the baguette in half. Hollow out the bottom portion to the crust. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. While the bread is in the oven, mix the eggs and sour cream with a whisk and scramble soft. Place the eggs in the cavity of the baguette and top with the bacon crumbles and cheese. Place the top back on and put it back in the oven for 8 minutes more. Slice into single portions and serve warm.
