Smoked Sausage Shepherd’s Pie Ingredients: 8 GFS Smoked Sausages 2 cups pre-cooked peppers and onions 3 cups mashed potatoes 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Wash hands. Cut the 8 smoked sausages into 1 inch pieces and place in the bottom of a deep casserole dish. Add the peppers and onions. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of sausage, peppers and onions evenly. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
