Southern Style Spicy Chicken Wings Ingredients:  9 oz. GFS Sweet BBQ Sauce  9 oz. white vinegar  3 oz. olive oil  crushed red pepper  chili powder

   

fresh cracked black pepper onion powder garlic white pepper

Directions: Marinade chicken wings for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days.  Using cleaned, disjointed chicken wings, blanch for 2 minutes in a deep fryer at 350° F. Drain well and set aside.  Prepare marinade.  Spread drained chicken wings on sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees, basting every 10 minutes with marinade for 30 minutes until crispy. Yield: Makes 3 pounds of chicken wings.
