Southern Style Spicy Chicken Wings Ingredients: 9 oz. GFS Sweet BBQ Sauce 9 oz. white vinegar 3 oz. olive oil crushed red pepper chili powder
fresh cracked black pepper onion powder garlic white pepper
Directions: Marinade chicken wings for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days. Using cleaned, disjointed chicken wings, blanch for 2 minutes in a deep fryer at 350° F. Drain well and set aside. Prepare marinade. Spread drained chicken wings on sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees, basting every 10 minutes with marinade for 30 minutes until crispy. Yield: Makes 3 pounds of chicken wings.
