Spicy Aged Cayenne Honey Chicken Wings Ingredients: 3 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 2 cups butter, melted 1 cups honey, light 10 pounds chicken wings, split, drum and flat Directions: Combine Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in a large bowl; keep warm. For each serving, deep-fry 12 wings to an internal temperature of 170° F; toss in 6 tbsp. sauce. Serve with bleu cheese dip and celery sticks if desired.
