GFS Sweet & Sour Meatballs, heated White Rice, cooked Sugar Snap Peas Whole Baby Carrots, cut in half Butter Ground Ginger Black Ground Pepper Sesame Seeds Garlic, minced
Directions: Cook white rice; drain well. Melt butter in a medium sauté pan; add sugar snap peas and baby carrot halves, sauté until vegetables are tender. Add spices and cooked white rice to the vegetables and blend well. Place rice and vegetable mixture on a serving plate, and cover with the portion of heated Sweet and Sour Meatballs. Garnish with sliced baby carrots.
