Turkey Chili Ingredients: 1 2 1 2 1 4 cups 46 oz. 16 oz. 3 cups 1 cup 2 tsp. to taste 1 bag
large onion, diced ribs celery, sliced clove garlic, minced tbsp. oil tbsp. butter large dice turkey white or dark meat jar Great Northern Beans, rinsed & drained salsa, mild or medium chicken broth Monterey Jack cheese, shredded plus additional for garnish Cumin salt & pepper Tortilla chips
Directions: SautĂŠ onion and celery in oils until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, sautĂŠ an additional 1 minute. Add Turkey, Beans, Salsa, Broth, Cheese and spices. Simmer 1 hour. If soup seems too thick add a little more broth or water. Place 3 or 4 Tortilla chips in soup bowl. Ladle on soup and top with Monterey Jack Cheese.
