Turkey Quesadillas Ingredients: Olive Oil Plain, Tomato Basil, or Spinach Soft Tortillas Turkey, diced Corn (or other leftover veggies) Shredded Cheese Sour Cream Guacamole Salsa
Directions: Spray a little olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Place a plain or tomato basil or spinach tortilla in the pan. Add diced turkey, left over corn or other preferred items (green chilies for a kick) and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with another tortilla. Warm each side for 3-5 minutes. Cut into four pieces and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa.
