Turkey Stew Ingredients: Large pot of water Leftover Turkey Carcass Leftover Turkey Meat 1 Large Onion Celery Left over corn (off the cob) Mixed Frozen Veggies Sale & Black Pepper Thyme Ground Sage Directions: Put the turkey carcass in the water and let come to boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, making sure to skim off the residue from the bones off the top of the soup. Remove the carcass and pick any remaining meat off the bones and add back into soup. Season to taste with pepper, salt, thyme, and sage. Add the celery and onion. Continue to cook for another 45 minutes. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add the corn and frozen veggies. Serve with leftover dinner rolls and with a dab of leftover stuffing on top.
