Twice Baked Potatoes Ingredients: 6 GFS Potato Shells 1 cup GFS Fresh Mashed Potatoes ½ cup GFS Sour Cream 4 Green Onions, cleaned and sliced thin including 4 inches of the green stems. ž cup GFS Real Bacon Crumbles 1 cup GFS Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions: Place potato shells in a greased 9X13 baking dish. Mix together the mashed potatoes, bacon crumbles and sour cream. Stuff the potato shells with this mixture and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 6.
