 Within the EU arises the Single Euro Payments Area, known under the acronym SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area)  This affects the SEPA bank transfers, direct debit entries and the payments with the SEPA card  Introduction of the B2B (Business to Business) concept with its own sharing rules and approvals for the operations between companies

 Analysis of the global impact to identify the required lines work (2

 

months 1,5 persons) Implementation of the application which allows to manage the orders and the circuit of direct order approvals (2 months, 3 persons) Implementation of the processes, based on the “rule book”, for managing direct orders (3 months, 2 persons)

Outcome / Benefits

The main implemented functionalities are:

 Management of orders (Attributes of direct debit orders) The 

 

characteristics of the agreement which have been reached can be modified Management of approvals tied to an order. When in case of B2B a direct debit entry arrives, the payment can be realized immediately based on this previous approval based on some generic rules Revision of the associated commissions to that service Verification of direct debits. Process which assures the debtor before the debit that established rules of existence and authorization of the said debit order are met
