As the president of the company, I enjoy working directly with our customers to provide products to enhance their businesses. I continue to work in our kitchen on a weekly basis to ensure the quality of the product we deliver to you is outstanding.

At Ghyslain Chocolatier, Inc., we're known for the quality and creativity of how we prepare our chocolates and pastries. The bright colors, hand-painted decorations, imaginative themes and renowned flavors of our chocolates and pastries stand apart from the competition. At Ghyslain, we provide European pastries, French macarons, artisan chocolates and breads to distributors and wholesale accounts.

Our hand-crafted macarons provide a welcome splash of color before they melt in your mouth. Each flavored macaron is filled with a delectable gourmet chocolate ganache.

Macarons

Our hand-crafted macarons provide a welcome splash of color before they melt in your mouth. Each flavored macaron is filled with a delectable gourmet chocolate ganache.

Prep Instruction (unbaked)

With proofer: Proof at 90F medium humidity for 1.5 hours. Once p bake in a 375F oven for 12 min

Without proofer: Proof at room temperature for about 6 hours under cover.

Prep instruction (baked)

Keep frozen until ready to use. 350F for 3 minutes.

With proofer: Proof at 90F medium humidity for 2 hours. Once proofed, bake in a 375F oven for 15 minutes.

Without proofer: Proof at room temperature for about 6 hours under cover.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes
