Ghyslain’s hand-crafted macarons provide a soft splash of color before they melt in your mouth. Each almond-based (Gluten-Free!) macaron is filled with a delectable chocolate ganache, available in a variety of flavors.

Flourless Chocolate Cake
Our Flourless Chocolate Cake is as decadent as you might imagine. Plate as is or add your own signature toppings. Can be finished with a dusting of confectioner’s sugar. fresh fruit and/or a dollop of whipped cream.

Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake
Our Flourless Chocolate Cake is now available in petite form! Serve with a shot of espresso for an affogato-style dessert, top with candied orange peel and chocolate mousse, or over a pool of crème anglaise with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Vanilla Creme Brûlée
Our Vanilla Crème Brûlée is composed of a rich and creamy custard baked with Madagascar vanilla beans. Comes ready to caramelize and serve.

Our undecorated cheesecake is flavored with the rich essence of genuine Madagascar vanilla beans layered on a graham cracker crust. Top with your own signature sauce, fresh fruit or chocolate decor.

Bourbon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
Our Undecorated Bourbon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake is a bourbon cheesecake paired with thick caramel icing and buttery pecans layered on the perfect graham cracker crust. Top with your own signature sauce, or chocolate decor.

Large Croissants
A buttery, flaky crescent-shaped pastry. Croissants are great for dipping in coffee as breakfast or making sandwiches with.

Unbaked
Prep Instruction (Unbaked)
With Proofer: Proof at 90F, medium humidity for 2 hours. Once proofed, bake in a 375F oven for 15 minutes.
Without Proofer: Proof at room temperature for about 6 hours under cover.
Baked
Prep Instruction (Baked)
Keep frozen until ready to use. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes.
Small Croissants
A buttery, flaky crescent-shaped pastry. Croissants are great for dipping in coffee as breakfast or making sandwiches with.

Unbaked
Prep Instruction (Unbaked)

A highly enriched bread of French origin whose high egg and butter content give it a rich and tender crumb.

French Baguette
A long, thin loaf with a crisp crust. Slice 1” thick pieces on a diagonal and serve with soup, salad or pasta.
