CHRISTMAS 2022 Who doesn’t love it when Christmas comes early? As you’ve been good girls and boys all year - Ok, so it’s only Febr uar y and we’re barely out of New Year resolution ter ritor y - we thought we would buck our usual trend and bring you Christmas somewhat earlier. And why not. We appreciate it helps with planning and gives you comfort knowing that stock has been reser ved well in advance of creating your Christmas window displays, the real sign that the holidays are coming. We don’t know about you but this year we’re feeling a lot more celebrator y and wanted to introduce a fair measure of colour to Christmas, reflected in what you see here with its circus feel. We know you’re jug gling a lot of things at this time of year and we simply can’t promise you highwire walkers or lion tamers. CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS It is certainly tr ue that fashions come and go but there will always be the humble bauble. While lights may twinkle and the tinsel may dance in a breeze, baubles are the real stars of the show and ser ve as a sort of Christmas timeline. It matters not whether they are made of glass, metal, wood or cardboard, we all have our old favourites – the laminated snowman from Year 2 after school club, the robin who looks like he’s got mange, the star made from lolly sticks and the salt dough tree that demands only the strongest of branches, they all have their place. But that doesn’t mean we can’t add to this mer r y band ever y now and again. This year sees a rich and colourful selection for you to choose from but it doesn’t stop at baubles!

Ter ms & Conditions PRICES All prices correct as of January 1st 2022 and are shown in GBP excluding VAT which will be added at the current rate. We reserve the right to make adjustments in the case of error or forces outside of our control. TERMS Our terms are strictly 30 days, subject to two trade references. Non-UK and new customers are on a pro-forma basis. Accounts over sixty days overdue will automatically be passed to our legal representatives for collection, who will add interest and court fees to the invoice. Pro-forma orders will be kept open for 15 days but cancelled after that time if no payment or correspondence received. PAYMENT Payment can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheques made payable to Grand Illusions. MINIMUM ORDER & CARRIAGE CHARGES UK MAINLAND ONLY: Minimum first order is GBP300 net. Free carriage when net value of order exceeds GBP450. For orders less than GBP450 net there will be a carriage charge of GBP15. If your order contains mirrors, furniture or large/heavy items and requires a special delivery method, we reserve the right to ask for a contribution of GBP30 towards these additional costs. These are waived when your order value exceeds GBP1000 net. Please note these are based on one-man deliveries. ISLANDS, SCOTTISH ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND Minimum order value is GBP450. All orders will incur a standard carriage charge of GBP30 (net) or GBP70 (net) for a pallet. Alternatively, we would be pleased to arrange delivery to your UK shipper - UK Mainland delivery conditions would then apply. CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, SOUTHERN IRELAND & EXPORT Please contact the sales team for details and a quotation. DAMAGES/SHORTAGES Any damages/shortages must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery. ARTISAN STYLE Due to the nature of the style and manufacturing process of our products, some items may have slight variations in shape, weight, size or colour. Descriptions often include words that relate to a finish or style (eg: Antique, Vintage, French, Gold, Zinc, etc) and should not be taken at their literal meaning.
