Technical information

• Giardino garden gates are welded from hot-dip galvanized steel. This thick layer of zinc (180-250 g/m2) offers rust protection. • The material is then zinc phosphatised and then double epoxy coated.

This layer of epoxy has a thickness of 55 μ, so the gates are protected against rust in the best possible way. • Unfortunately, many gates on the market are only protected with a thin layer of phosphatised zinc or are only galvanized elektrolytically, which quickly leads to rust within a few months. • Ø 60 mm (Giardino Double) : Gate posts are 50 cm longer than the height of the gate. • Ø 60 mm (Giardino Single) : Gate posts are 50 cm longer than the height of the gate. • Ø 48 mm (Promo) : Gate ↕ 80 cm: posts 40 cm longer / Gate � 100/120/150 cm: posts 50 cm longer. • Ø 80 mm (Napoli Double) : Gate ↕ 100/120/150 cm : posts : 50 cm longer /Gate ↕ 170/200 cm : posts 60 cm longer. • Ø 60 mm (Napoli Simple) : Gate ↕ 100/120/150 cm : posts 50 cm longer / Gate ↕ 170/200 cm : posts 60 cm longer. • Ø 60 mm (Roma Single) : Gate posts are 50 cm longer than the height of the gate. • Ø 80 mm (Roma Double) : Gate posts are 50 cm longer than the height of the gate. • The thickness of these posts is 2.0 mm. • All plastic parts and the coating are colourfast, so UV influences do not lead to discolouration. • Check out our website for the placement instructions of our gates on www.giardino-online.com
