IO INSTALLO The alphabet of GIBIDI becomes wealthy of a new paragraph: the two points with a smile of satisfaction. The translation is easy: the two points are the sign of the continuous movement of GIBIDI research, always open to the future. A “new paragraph” for which there are no full stop. Then comes the smile. Without the two points, it would only stay alone a sad parenthesis; with the two points, it shows the satisfaction of the GIBIDI' installers and, another reason for the end user to choose GIBIDI. A smile that, obviously, displays the satisfaction of GIBIDI’ installers knowing all its qualities. IMPORTANT NOTE GI.BI.DI. uses cylinders with standard European Profile key on all its key selectors, electric locks and operator unlocking devices. This novelty allows integrating all the keys usable on your automated system into one single key; you can even use the same key for your entrance door and pedestrian gate (first check the brand and model you have). This is possible because of the 10 key encoding codes available (01/02/03/04/05/06/07/08/09/10). HOW TO ORDER? It's dead easy! Step 1: Decide which encoding code you want to use, for example 03. Step 2: Decide which devices you want to install and integrate, for example, a key selector and a 12 VDC electric lock. Step 3: Find the code of the device you want to purchase, for example, the DCS100 selector (AU01940) and a 12 VDC electric lock (AJ000612). To place the order, just indicate the encoding code next to the product code, for example: AU01940/03 - 1 key selector DCS100 AJ000612 - 1 12 VDC electric lock AJ00650/03 - 1 half-cylinder encoded with 3 keys CAUTION! The electric locks are supplied without cylinder and keys, so remember to also order the specific cylinder together with the electric lock. In all cases where the encoding code is not indicated, or a generic one is requested, GI.BI.DI. will provide the most available one. You can also choose this option for all the automation kits that include key selectors. All the products where personalised encoding can be requested will be marked with a symbol in the price list (orange with an image of a key). Make sure that you indicate the key encoding code after the product code!

REVERSE REVERSE is a well-tried mechanical technology GI.BI.DI. has been using for over 30 years. REVERSE allows constructing hydraulic actuators without lock, making manual emergency manoeuvres much easier. All this thanks to the special control valves integrated in a hydraulic distribution system which sends the oil directly to the tank. With REVERSE manual emergency manoeuvres are guaranteed!

H2O-FREE H2O-FREE is an exclusive GI.BI.DI. technology for hydraulic systems which guarantees reliability over time. H2O-FREE is a special vacuum system for actuators providing perfect operator seal. This technology allows making all our products to the highest quality standards. The advantages of the H2O-FREE technology can be seen even after many years; the vacuum system prevents air heat exchange and hence possible formation of condensate with the result that the hydraulic efficiency of the actuators is guaranteed over time. With H2O-FREE everything is ready and controlled for extended used.

DRIVE-BY The new DRIVE-BY technology allows easier control of all the aspects of automation. Thanks to DRIVE-BY the exact position of the automated device with respect to the gateway can be determined using simple inductive and/or mechanical sensors. With DRIVE-BY the automated device configuration remains stable over time and in any atmospheric condition.

EASYLOG The new standardisation protocol of the GI.BI.DI. electronic control systems allows very easily and quickly making the connections and testing the systems. EASYLOG also facilitates access to the entire range of GI.BI.DI. electronic products In fact, thanks to EASYLOG, it will be even easier to use any GI.BI.DI. product, since the operating logic, adjustments and test systems have been standardised and simplified. With EASYLOG it is a piece of cake to adapt the automation system to your needs!

MANAGER This is the new standard protocol for programming and managing devices. It allows the user to customize and manage the installations, but above all to make them exclusive to the installer. The utilisation of the software for PC allows the user to create a complete database of all the installations. Thanks to MANAGER it will also be possible to increase the security level of the whole system. A solution offered to carry out professional installations of the highest level that can be easily managed.

The newest range of electromechanical motors for sliding gates of small and medium size (from 300 to 500 Kg), suitable for residential use. Extremely easy to install, with the possibility of adjustments on the horizontal and vertical axis. Gears are manufactured completely in steel and bronze making them silent and reliable over time. Moreover the technology in the 24 Vdc system allowâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s the user to obtain the highest level of safety, as provided in the EN 12453 standards.

For people who want to open and close their gate fast, this is the right choice. Thanks to the built-in control unit SC24, it is possible to adjust force and speed of movement easily, including deceleration in opening and closing. It is also possible to install the optional battery kit directly to the motor to allow the gate opening and closing even in the event of a power cut. The versions with control unit incorporated (equipped with all the dedicated inputs for the safety devices) are fast and easy to install and allow regulating deceleration during opening and closing and the anti-crushing force and thresholds. It is hence easy to adapt the system to meet the

EN 12453 standards, and for the 24 VDC versions it is even easier. The heat-treated steel reduction gear of the SL800 series is in oil bath making it silent and reliable over time. The unlocking device for manual manoeuvres is easy to access and also available in the version with European Profile personalised key (optional). BL240 Irreversible linear electromechanical operator for swing gates

BL240 is the electromechanical operator in 24 Vdc with a solid structure, its absolute irreversibility assures locking of gate leaves up to 2,5 m, without using the electric lock. The gears, the worm screw and the lead nut are made of high resistance materials to give quiet operation and durability.

The operator is equipped with opening and closing limit switches, that can be easily adjusted and mechanical stops, allowing a very good control of the anti â&#x20AC;&#x201C; crushing and deceleration to conform to the EN12453 standards. The unlocking device for the manual opening and closing of the gate is easy to use.

BL230 Irreversible linear electromechanical operator for swing gates

BL230 is a 230 VAC electromechanical operator with a solid structure designed to automate large or blind doors (excellent wind resistance) for condominium use. The absolute irreversibility assures and guarantees locking leaves of up to 2.5 m without the use of an electric lock. The steel gears with worm screw in rolled steel

and lead nut in bronze-aluminium guarantee absolutely silent operation and a long life. Easy electrical connections thanks to the prewired cable, including easy-to-adjust opening and closing limit switches. The unlocking device for manual manoeuvres with European Profile personalised key is easy to access and use.

TOP The TOP series range is suitable for any type of installation and for both residential and heavy use for leaves up to 6 m. The streamlined design and absolutely silent operation make the operator suitable for any type of gate. The vacuum hydraulic circuit prevents air heat exchange and hence possible formation of condensate, thus guaranteeing hydraulic efficiency of the piston over time. The ART series allows installation also in particular conditions, for example, where there are large pillars. The special fastening plate makes installation fast and easy. ART incorporates the opening and closing limit switches and the unlocking device for emergency manoeuvres (an accessory is also available for

wall mounting the device with the key selector function). In the 24 Vdc version it can be integrated with the optional battery kit which allows opening and closing the gate even in the event of a blackout, as well as achieving the highest level of safety against crushing as required by the EN 12453 standards.

The electromechanical underground operator is available either in the 24Vdc or 230Vac, for the automation of gates up to 3,5 m. With the adjustable built-in limit switches it is possible to manage the deceleration easily and with the safety devices install a system that complies with the EN 12453 standards.

GROUND is equipped with a new emergency unlocking device with personalized key and European profile cylinder; it allows the user also to obtain openings up to 135째, making it a unique product in its field. Strong, simple, reliable, but above all: GIBIDI.

FLOOR Underground hydraulic operator for swing gates

FLOOR, available either in the 230Vac (FLOOR830) or 24Vdc (FLOOR824), is installed underground so that it is invisible and does not alter the gate aesthetics. For every model you have only one version that allows opening the leaf up to 180째. The new GIBIDI technology allows making the operator reversible or irreversible with a little few manoeuvres. The overpressure valves for force regulation during opening and closing, and the 24Vdc technology, allow achieving the highest level of safety against crushing, as required by the EN 12453 standards.

You can also adjust the opening and closing speed, and use the Hall effect limit switches (optional). The unlocking device for emergency manoeuvres in the event of a blackout is easy to access and can be used either on the inside or outside of the gate. The foundation box, with self-lubricating bushing is fully self-supporting and allows installing the operator without having to remove the leaf from the gate.

GECO LUX Automated drive unit for overhead and sectional doors

Designed for easy installation on sectional or overhead doors, this automated device allows achieving high movement speed with deceleration during opening and closing. 40W courtesy light incorporated and electronically controllable anti-crushing safety device to achieve a high level of safety as required by the EN 12453 standards.

The unlocking device for emergency manoeuvres is incorporated and can be connected to the door handle. The optional battery kit allows opening and closing the door even in the event of a blackout.

Irreversible electromechanical operators for counterweight overhead doors

Thanks to the wide range of control units, the force and deceleration during opening and closing can be regulated to achieve the highest level of safety against crushing as required by the EN 12453 standards. It is even easier for the 24 VDC version on which the optional battery kit can be installed, which allows opening and closing the door even in the event of a blackout.

Enforcement field These general conditions discipline all the present and future sales contracts between the parties, except possible dispensations agreed in writing in detail. Possible general conditions of the purchaser will not find enforcement to the future relationships between the parties if they are not accepted explicitly in writing. The acceptation on behalf of the purchaser of GI.BI.DI. offer or order confirmation, no matter how done, implies the enforcement of these general conditions to the sales contract. The offers done by GI.BI.DI. agents and trade auxiliaries are not binding until they are confirmed by the same company. Prices and payments (Export) It is understood that the listed prices are ex works, including packaging, except single orders for amounts less than Euro 1.600,00 will be charged of a fixed cost of Euro 80,00, debited in the invoice. GI.BI.DI. reserve the right to modify his own price list at any time giving communication to the purchaser. The prices have to be understood without VAT. GI.BI.DI. have right - starting from payment’s expiry, without necessity of meeting with arrears - to the arrears interests in accordance with the interest tax imposed by E.C.B. to its main refinancing operations, increased by 8 percentage points. In case of delays in payments, GI.BI.DI. have right, besides the remedy above mentioned, to suspend the supplies in progress until outstanding payments’ punctual fulfilment. The purchaser has no right to suspend payments, not even in case of objections referring to supplied products. If the payment has to be done - completely or partially - after the delivery, products continue to belong to GI.BI.DI. until the moment of price’s complete payment. Orders and deliveries The orders will be accepted, by order confirmation, only if sent in writing. Delivery terms are understood indicative in favour of GI.BI.DI. and however with an adequate margin of tolerance. Any responsibility of GI.BI.DI. is excluded for consequential damages deriving from advanced or delayed delivery, total or partial. Guarantee GI.BI.DI. guarantee the performances of its own manufacturing products only and exclusively with regard to uses, destinations, applications, etc. explicitly indicated. The guarantee is intended to be applied only to GI.BI.DI. components and thus not to the whole project or installation in which they are included. Any other use has to be considered improper and therefore dangerous. In the case the purchaser intends products above mentioned to sale, it will be his own burden and responsibility to let know to his buyers the indications in object. It is expected the reparation or substitution, at GI.BI.DI. choice, of products that within 30 months from production date would be considered

defective for faults of design, material or manufacturing which can be ascribed to GI.BI.DI., except faults deriving from tampering or facts caused by the same purchaser as wrong installation, modifications or reparations made without GI.BI.DI. authorizations, use, maintenance or conservation not correct. Possible reparations / substitutions do not extend guarantee’s duration. You must consider excluded from guarantee the use of control board equipments and/or control and safety accessories not made by GI.BI.DI., feeding tension’s irregularities, use different from what expected or any other cause that cannot be ascribed to GI.BI.DI. These faults’ verification lies exclusively within the competence of GI.BI.DI. technicians. Except GI.BI.DI. malice or heavy fault, this one is not answerable for direct, indirect and/or consequential damages deriving to the purchaser from end products (as, for instance, damages for non - use of supplied goods, on behalf of the purchaser and/or the end user). The guarantee above mentioned takes up and substitutes law guarantees for irregularities and conformities, and excludes any other possible GI.BI.DI. responsibility anyway caused by supplied goods; in particular the purchaser will not able to claim compensation for damage, price reduction or contract resolution. The purchaser looses guarantee right if he is in order with payments. Possible claims will have to be made in writing, at expiry penalty, within a maximum term of 8 days from products’ receiving date for quality faults or not conformity that the purchaser could note as soon as he receives goods; within 8 days from the discovery of hidden faults or not conformity. When the guarantee is expired, you will be not able to put forward a claim towards GI.BI.DI. Goods shall be forwarded to GI.BI.DI. with transport cost charged to the purchaser and they will send back ex-works Warnings The safety and reliability of the systems is warranties by the integral use of GI.BI.DI. components and by observing good working practices and the laws in force. We therefore decline any responsibility due to a lack of respect for these conditions. GI.BI.DI. is not responsible for failure to observe good working practice in the fabrication of the frames to automate and their possible alteration due to use. GI.BI.DI. production must be solely destined to the use for which it was designed. Any other use is therefore considered to be improper and therefore dangerous. GI.BI.DI. reservs the right to modify the technical data without prior notice depending on the product development. Applicable law - Judiciary concerned All contracts disciplined by the present general conditions are regulated by Italian Law. For every dispute concerning or anyway connected to the contracts to which the present general conditions are applied GI.BI.DI. Judiciary is exclusively concerned; however the last one wil have authority to act at the purchaser Judiciary.
