We’ve taken our time finding scents that live up to your expectations of Candleberry. Each Candleberry candle represents a long process of experimentation, trial and error, and testing. If a scent is not clean enough, rich enough, or doesn’t have enough power to offer what our customers want and expect from Candleberry, it does not leave the testing stage. This is a suggestion that can be repeated several times during the year without getting old. Pick a candle you’d like to merchandise with a fruit-based fragrance. Try and tie your display to the season for the fruit. Arrange fresh strawberries in a display that features the Fresh Strawberry fragrance in the early summer. Pile peaches on the counter with a Georgia Peaches candle in August or September. Watermelon Rancher could be shown off once watermelons are ripe in your location. Have paper plates and plastic forks handy so customers can snack on the display. Naturally, keep a candle burning to show off the fragrance.

Kentucky Bourbon is made strictly in charred oak barrels. These barrels are currently getting harder and harder for our beloved bourbon distillers to find. We were lucky enough to chemically capture the make-up of the prized charred oak by closely working with perfumers and taken from real shards of the authentic, famous, charred oak barrel. This fragrance is identical to that of the holding rack houses of the aging barrels of Bourbon.

TERMS OF SALE By ordering products from The Candleberry Company, Inc., you confirm you are not a business conducted from a residence and you are not conducting business from a “booth” in a flea market or other communal sales site. You confirm you are only selling Candleberry candles from your approved, retail shipping address, properly zoned as retail or commercial. Candleberry’s brand name represents the very highest quality products and provide fine fragrance and decor for the home. The established brand provides strong profitability for retailers as well as high perceived value for the consumer. Candleberry’s brand image is essential to maintaining growth and consistent sales and must therefore be protected and cultivated by selling Candleberry candles at full and fair market price. If Candleberry’s brand is not presented in the most positive way, it will significantly harm Candleberry and the retailers of our products. Candleberry retailers must further agree they will not advertise by any media means--typed, verbal, or otherwise—
to sell Candleberry products at a price lower than the suggested retail price on this order form. To maintain a “protected territory” (which is determined at the discretion of The Candleberry Company), your sales per month must achieve a certain average for the current three-month period. Current customers of Candleberry may call to determine what that average is. If your account remains dormant for more than 3 months, you will have to re-apply to be a Candleberry retail distributor. If you open additional locations you MUST reapply for each of those locations individually. You may not sell Candleberry products at any location other than your approved location. The Candleberry Company, Inc. reserves the right to change any of the above policies without advance notice. Prior to relocating your business, please call us to assure that you will be eligible to sell Candleberry Candles at your new location.

• Candleberry prices are subject to change without prior notice. You must sell Candleberry products at the suggested retail price that is listed on the order form.
ORDERS
• Order can be placed by phone 502-223-2799 or you may fax your order to 502-223-2798 Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM EST time. • All re-orders have a $250 minimum.
ORDER QUANTITIES Jar candles: Large (26 ounce jar/24 actual wax ounces) and Small (10 ounce jar/9.25 actual wax ounces) Minimum order is 12 of a size. Example: 12 large or 12 small. You may mix scents to make up a case of one size, however the minimum of each scent is 2. Votive: A case consists of 27 votives, packaged 3 to a sleeve. There are 9 sleeves in a case. A case consists of a single scent. Minimum order is one case of votives. Cookie Jar: Minimum order is a single Cookie Jar. Tarts: A single tart is a “cake” consisting of 8 “slices”. Minimum order is 24 tarts. You may mix in 6 of a given scent within your 24-tart minimum.
Accessories: Gift Bags: Gift bags have 50 bags in a case, minimum order is 1 case. Tart Warmer: Regular tart warmers minimum is 6, wall plug-in warmers minimum is 12. FreshCar•go: Minimum order is 1 case. Each case has 35 fresheners of a single scent. Room Spray: Minimum order is 1 case. Each case has 4 sprays of a single scent. Votive 2 Packs: Minimum order is 6 “2 packs” of one scent.

NEW CUSTOMERS/OPENING ORDERS:
• All new customer’s opening orders have a $500 minimum.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS:
• All new accounts must be prepaid by credit card. • Invoices not paid in full by due date will be assessed a delinquent charge of 1.5% a month (18% annually) on outstanding amount.
SHIPPING POLICIES: • We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. • All orders are shipped by UPS from Frankfort, KY.
DAMAGES:
• All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. • Credit will be issued for damaged shipments once a picture of the damaged product is received.
REFUND/RETURN POLICIES:
If the product is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us at info@candleberry.com to let us know. As long as the item has not been burned or melted, and is in season, we will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. Substitutions or replacements will need to be returned at your expense. We will provide a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
CANDLE SAFETY & TIPS At The Candleberry Company®, we want you to experience the maximum enjoyment and pleasure from our candles. We take great pride in producing the finest candles in the world. Candleberry candles are made with superior fragrance technology using the highest quality ingredients and materials available. However, it’s important that you burn our candles responsibly. Please follow these guidelines to ensure safety with your Candleberry candles. • Handle with care; glass containers are fragile. Do not use if the jar is chipped, cracked or scratched. Do not refill candle jar with wax. • Place candle on a protected, heat-resistant, dry surface, away from water or anything that can catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets. • Keep wick(s) trimmed to ¼” inches at all times. • Keep the wax pool free of debris, or any combustible material. • Avoid burning candles in drafty areas. • Keep candles within sight at all times. Never leave burning candles unattended. • If smoking occurs, check for drafts or high traffic areas, which may cause flame to flicker and smoke. Also, be sure that the wick is no longer than 1/4”. If it is, extinguish, trim to 1/4”, and relight. • Do not allow the flame to touch the side of the jar. The jar may become hot. Handle carefully. • To minimize wax left on the sides of the jar, burn 4 hours at a time. • To prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface, do not burn candle all the way down. Discontinue use of the candle when 1” of wax is left in the container. • Extinguish flame carefully before replacing the lid. Do not extinguish the flame with the candle lid. • Teach your friends and family the rules of safe candle use.
How to Store Your Candle Properly The candle fragrance oils and wax we use in our candles are sensitive to both temperature and light, so please be careful when storing candles for an extended period of time. If you store your candle, be sure it is in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense light. Keeping your candle in a dark place will protect it from fading and from any discoloration. A box or cabinet is a great place to store your candle. Since our candles can be sensitive to extreme heat and cold temperatures, it’s best to store them between 50ºF and 85ºF. Be sure not to leave your Candleberry candles in your car for an extended period of time (particularly on hot days) as they may discolor or melt. Extreme cold causes cracking and separation, so it’s best to follow our temperature guidelines. After long exposure to the cold, you should allow the candle to return to room temperature for a minimum of 4 hours before burning it to minimize potential damage.
