In his remarkable career, Banerjea has held senior positions in a number of globally renowned companies, including being the EVP & Chief Information Officer of NBC Universal Media, and the Global EVP and Chief Information Officer of Pearson, before being appointed to Facebook's CIO role six years ago. Penelope Prett Chief Information Officer Accenture

As Chief Information Officer for Accenture, Penelope Prett leads the company's global IT operations, including the infrastructure, services, and applications that enable Accenture staff to work anytime, anywhere to serve clients in more than 120 countries.

During a career of more than 25 years with Accenture, Prett has held many leadership roles across its client and technology organisations including several key

industries. She ensures that the global IT organisation is leading the way in platforms, living in the cloud, digitising business services, building enterprise intelligence, and advancing Accenture to a modern enterprise.

She has managed a number of large transformation programmes, in addition to sales and alliances in Accenture Technology, and previously served as the Resources Global Quality and Risk Lead. Over the years, Prett has

gained significant experience with platform and industry ecosystem partners.

She is active in Accenture's inclusion and diversity efforts, working on a range of programmes including LGBTQ initiatives and integration of veterans and other non-traditional talent into the workforce.

Abhijit Mazumder

Chief Information Officer

Tata Consultancy Services

"We have to ensure that we are building trust with our customers and delivering what we commit to. It's not just how we enable our sales force, but how we enable the whole organisation to assure delivery of our services and technologies to our customers."

With a 27+ year stint in Tata Consultancy Services, it's hard to find a Chief Information Officer with more in depth understanding of their company.

In 1995, Mazumder joined TCS as a Consultant, after working with the company as a college intern. From there, he worked his way up to management and executive level positions, including an Account Manager for a large account relationship, followed by the Head of Strategic Solutions, and the Head of Ultimatix BU.

Mazumder is leading the technological innovation at TCS, an IT services and consulting company, which has a huge global presence.

TCS is a part of the Tata group, India's largest multinational business group, and this particular branch has a team of over 500,000 consultants, located in 46 countries. In 2021, the company's revenue sat at $22.2bn, and it is listed on both the BSE and the NSE Indian stock exchanges. Furthermore, TCS' high ESG standards have seen it included in the MSCI Global Sustainability Index.

Nagesh Saldi CIO Tesla

For the last four years, Saldi has held the role of Tesla's Chief Information Officer. He initially joined the automotive giant in 2012 as the Vice President of Engineering, before being promoted to the CIO position six years later.

Alongside his team, Saldi is driving the sophisticated and pioneering digital transformation initiatives that Tesla is renowned for on the global stage.

Within his role, Saldi is responsible for the management of Tesla's overall applications and systems. These include overseeing its global supply chain, worldwide manufacturing and factories, engineering, ecommerce, business intelligence and financial management.

Tesla has a global team of around 100,000 employees, a figure that increased by over 40% from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Tesla ranked as the world's most valuable automotive brand, and sat in the top 15 most valuable global brands across all industries.

In fact, the company achieved a 157% growth rate in 2021, making it the world's fastest growing brand, too. Then, in June 2021, Tesla's Model 3 vehicle became the first electric car in the world to achieve over a million sales.

And, it is Saldi's role to manage this monumental pace of growth, and deploy strategic digital solutions that will ensure Tesla can continue to meet this burgeoning demand.

Kathryn Guarini Chief Information Officer IBM

Guarini is a highly influential and widely regarded digital transformation leader and, outside of her positions with some of the world's largest companies, is an exceptional innovator in her own right.

In fact, Guarini has a PhD from Stanford University and a B.S. degree from Yale University, both in Applied Physics, and holds more than 63 U.S. patents. Her technical research has been recognised by numerous industry awards.

She is also the author of more than 60 technical publications, and her popular blog - called 'Mother of Invention' - details her everything from her insights into science and technology, to her perspective on family life.

She was promoted to IBM's Chief Information Officer in 2021, after two decades with IBM,

initially starting out as a research staff member.

Today, Guarini leads a global team of nearly 12,000 employees, paving the way for the company's future global growth. Drawing on over two decades of IT executive and management experience, her focus is on accelerating IBM's digital transformation, optimising the experience of its 250,000+ employees, and ensuring the value of hybrid cloud and AI are realised.

Jacky Wright

Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Microsoft

Jacky Wright is a global technology leader who has made a broad impact in business transformation and on social issues.

She currently serves as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for Microsoft US, where she inspires and leads teams to help businesses leverage technology to drive innovation, adopt sustainable and accessible business models, and digitally transform.

Wright rejoined Microsoft in 2019 after completing a two-year secondment as Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) for HMRC, the British Government tax department. She has extensive experience leading large scale organisations driving digital transformation and market making solutions.

Her career spans senior technology leadership roles across many industries including CIO roles at Microsoft, BP and GE. As a leader in technology, Jacky uses her broad platform to drive thought leadership not just for the positive impact of digital transformation for business, but also for social,

economic and environmental change.

As a woman of colour, her passion, advocacy and influence to create a truly inclusive world is demonstrated in the various forums where she regularly speaks on diversity, digital inclusion and the power of inclusive leadership.

She has been widely recognised for her many contributions in technology and diversity, including an honorary doctorate from Aston University, named as a 2020 National Diversity Council's 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, Britain's Powerlist 100 of Most Influential Black People, the Top 100 BAME Leaders in Business, the Top 100 BAME Leaders in Tech, and Savoy Magazine' Top Women list.
