Since the sound system has been ‘tweaked’ I’ve heard more complaints about people not being so audible, and also it is easy to slip into bad habits! Everyone is welcome. Further details from Phil Pearson Saturday November 30th 7.30 pm St Mary’s Parish Church Welcome Christmas Concert – The Muker Silver Band. This is a free concert but donations will be gratefully received to support the band and the Friends of St Mary’s, who will provide refreshments. Donations of mince pies very welcome please. Sunday December 1st Christmas at Marrick As usual a bus will leave Nun’s Close car park at 6pm to take everyone to Marrick Priory for Christmas candle-lit entertainment (come & see Sophie) and supper. Tkts are £10 including bus fare, or £7.50 in mini bus from Reeth. Available from Eileen Baker, Cathy Trewby or Judith Clarke. Tuesday December 3rd 2.00pm Deanery Advent Service hosted by the Mothers’ Union in St. Marys Church.
