A WHOLE COUNTRY HOPING FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE GOT SURPRISED AFTER 3 WONDERFUL MATCHES WERE THE TEAM SHOW CONFIDENCE AND GOOD GAME. THEN, A STUNNING VICTORY AGAINST URUGUAY MADE PEOPLE BELIEVE MORE THAN EVER. SADLY, WHEN THE TEAM SHOW CONFIDENCE THEY HIT AGAINST A WALL CALLED BRAZIL THAT WON 2-1 AGAINST COLOMBIA LEAVING A WHOLE NATION WITH NOTHING BUT GRATITUDE. A MARVELOUS WAY TO RETURN TO THE MOST IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT IN SPORTS.


NOTES FROM THE PROJECT PRE-PRODUCTION THE PRE-PRODUCTION STARTS WITH THE IDEA OF DOING A PROPER VIDEO THAT SHOWS WHAT I FEEL AS A FAN WHEN COLOMBIA PARTICIPATED IN THE LAST WORLD CUP. BASED ON THIS, IT WAS IMPORTANT WATCH FOOTBALL MOVIES SUCH AS GOL AND ONCE IN A LIFETIME: THE EXTRAORDINARY STORY OF THE NEW YORK COSMOS. LATER, THE STORY WAS CREATED BY DOING IT IN CHRONOLOGICAL TIME, SHOWING THE FANS AND FOR THE SOUND USING THE SONGS FROM THE WORLD CUP. THE NARRATOR OBVIOUSLY HAD TO BE JAVIER FERNANDEZ BECAUSE HE IS THE ONE THAT I HEARD DURING THAT TIME.

PRODUCTION THE PRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT WAS DIVIDED IN TWO PARTS. THE SEARCH OF THE VIDEOS AND THE EDITION. THE VIDEO MUST INCLUDE DIFFERENT GENRES OF MUSIC AND DIFFERENT KIND OF VIDEOS. THE HARDEST PART WAS TO INCLUDE FARYD MONDRAGON EPISODE BECAUSE IT WAS A SAD MOMENT SURROUNDED BY EXCITING MOMENTS.

POST-PRODUCTION THE POST PRODUCTION STAGE WAS REALLY GOOD IN TERMS OF FINAL PRODUCT. AFTER A WRONG FIRST DELIVERY, MANY MISTAKES WERE CORRECTED LEAVING A GOOD FINAL VIDEO. ALSO, MANY VIDEOS THAT WERE LOW QUALITY WERE FIXED AND THE VOLUME ISSUE WAS ALSO CORRECTED LEAVING EVERYTHING RIGHT. SO, THE LAST PART IS THE PRESENTATION AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE.


POTENTIAL DEMOGRAPHIC. TARGET AUDIENCE: THE VIDEO IS MADE FOR ALL THE AUDIENCE. NEVERTHELESS, IS PREFERRED THAT IS WATCHED BY PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IS THE WORLD CUP AND ARE KIND OF FOOTBALL FANS. BUT THE VIDEO IS MADE FOR EVERYBODY. WORDS FROM THE DIRECTOR AFTER MAKING THIS VIDEO, THE MOST VALUABLE THING WAS THAT I LEARNED HOW THE VIDEO AND THE MOVING IMAGE CAN CREATE FEELINGS IN PEOPLE THAT THEY DID NOT EXPECT TO HOPE.
