1st Prize Winner 2018 Airport Design Competition, Category: Cepu

by Indonesia Ministry of Transportation and IAI in collaboration with PT Alvasara and Labworks

Blora, with its newly discovered as producer of petroleum in Cepu and its wealth of teak forest, potentially increases its economic along with high demands for both commodities. The contrast of these two Blora resources inspired to create a new atmosphere in this airport as the welcoming gate of Blora that represented the characteristics of the district.

Tahfidz boarding school is a school where teenager can study and stay to learn Quran. The education is more focused on the young individuals to memorize. The idea of As Syifa Tahfidz Boarding School is simply creating a place that comfortable and supportive for education as well as attractive and safe for the young.

HUSADA CLINIC

Perisai Husada Clinic is a clinic in downtown Bandung which provide services for internal medicine, neurological and other supporting services. In order to expand its service, the clinic needed to add a new building on a limited site surrounding the existing building. The main idea is to create an efficient low energy approach building with a modern contrast look by conserving the existing colonial building and converting its design features for the new building.

Located in the western part of Malang, Austinville Housing gets the potential to be an ideal living place. The site is close to the city and sat on the contoured hills which have a fresh breeze, good-quality air and beautiful surrounding. The basic concept of the design is creating a modern and comfortable living space by maximizing the use of natural resources such as air, sunlight and local materials.

Renowned as one of the best beach in Bangka Belitung province, Tanjung Kelayang has a calm and beautiful sandy beach to relax with a unique form of big rocks that attract many tourists. The architecture goal is simply to fulfill the needs of user to work and play in a comfotable environment, with a simple, sleek, and environmental friendly building.
