Contact:
• The Netherlands is an exemplary place to study the Anthropocene, as it has repeatedly experimented with the difficult relationship between nature, culture and political dynamics on a planetary scale. Theoretical approaches to the topic was followed by a journey from Amsterdam via The Hague and Delft to Rotterdam. Through conversations with practitioners and activists on site, we had the opportunity to learn about approaches to dealing with the effects of climate breakdown and to understand the complexity and trade-offs involved in implementing such solutions. This leads to a more nuanced and critical understanding of contemporary crises

ZUKUNFT GROSSMARKT Concept Munich's wholesale market is one of the biggest municipal food markets in Europe. It is located in the center of Munich. New uses, particularly residential ones, will be added to the wholesale market as part of the property's reorganization, and new open space planning characteristics will be developed. The idea of how a new neighborhood should be designed started with thinking about green spaces. The concept is to "green access" with compact neighborhood rules. Boulevard with greenery that leads people to the heart of the area, from where you can choose several destinations and connect to other green spaces around the site. There are different typologies in the area. Closed with courtyards on the west side and slowly getting more open on the east side. West side stories are limited to 3-5 with respect to the rather small-scale residential neighborhood. Near the main boulevard, buildings are mixed, so daily necessities and services—such as work, shopping, education, health care, and entertainment—can be reached through a 5- to 10-minute walk or bike ride from any point in the neighborhood. There are three high-rise buildings in the area. It is proven that those kinds of "Landmarks" assist people to stay within the area and not get confused or lost. The old historical Maket Hall is preserved, and it will work for regular customers. For the new Market Hall, the same proportions are taken as for the historical building. Those two buildings would have an interesting relationship with each other. Classical, old, and heavy-looking against simple, contemporary, and light.

About Buildings Insulation will help save money on your energy bill and make your home more comfortable because insulation prevents heat from escaping from your home. In this area there are many swamp plants that can be used as insulating material. Use of local materials - to reduce environmental damage during transportation. Minimize waste of resources. During construction, recycling of waste can be done to minimize the accumulation of waste. Placement of energy-saving light bulbs in the house. Energy will be saved if the lamps are replaced with compact fluorescent lamps or LED lamps. Installing solar panels and temperature regulating walls will make the house more eco-friendly and help cool the house. A toilet that consumes less water will significantly help reduce water consumption compared to a traditional one that uses 6 liters of water in one flush. In particular, a low-flash toilet consumes about 4.5 liters of water or less. Use of renewable electricity sources - this is done by installing a small wind turbine or a micro-hydro system. Kitchen waste compost. Compost This will help reduce the amount of household waste and the costs associated with it.

DIVERSITY OF USE AND INCOME
density
Maximizing compact urban form while mitigating negative aspects uch as air pollution and congestion
Design
A water filter that removes microplastics, for example, on a washing machine. We can also use a filter for the tap water that comes into the house to clean the drinking water from microplastics.
Neighborhoods with mixed income groups and diverse opportunities for jobs, commerce, and leisure
compact space
Shaping cities so that urban residents benefit from the advantages of dense areas. Good design includes walkability, traffic safety controls, and tree cover.

kojori new center
project area is located in the center of kojori. it is 1300-1400 meters above sea level and it is the fourth tallest mountain resort in Georgia. Distance from the center of Tbilisi (Freedom Square) is 18 kilometers, 7-8 kilometers on foot. Now this place is empty from people and it is only used for cars parking, so The aim of the project is to regain the function of a center (like it was in the end of 20th century) a gathering place for people who visit or live in this area.
