Master Project Idea
The project was born and developed around the desire to give the space a clear imprint. Studying and deepening the request of the client, a exible environment has been designed that can adapt to the different needs of the Circle of Design with: an Exhibition area, a Temporary shop, a Conference room and a Relax area. The two apparently separate rooms intersect through a central core composed of movable dividing panels that, by rotating, generate different and versatile spaces.
Master Project Idea
The pop-up store stems from the desire to publicize the Cassina brand, making the user experience a complete ensemble experience. The project is composed of two main modules with the stylized outline of a house, one of which is rotated 30° with respect to the rst which, mirrored and tilted longitudinally, gives form to a large and engaging presentation space. The visitor can use the spaces to relax and enjoy a drink immersed in the Cassina world: trying the furniture and the materials, listening to the typical sounds of the production and knowing the history of this brand thanks to multimedia contents.
Master Project Idea
The title "Ri-Tratto" tries to highlight the concept behind the redesign of the store, that is to restore, starting from simple signs on the internal surfaces, a new and innovative character. The basting stitch looms the idea of a quality space sewn around the client like a tailor-made dress, underlining the careful selection of the displayed products. Each stroke, with its sequentiality, produces in every room a high perspective feeling, intriguing and guiding the user's eye during the choice of the product.

Apartment
in Turin
The apartment has been redesigned to accommodate a family of four people: two adults and two boys. Each member of the family has different needs that tend to change over time; with this assumption, each space has been redesigned to give everyone the opportunity to live every room in the house in a exible way. Each room has been redecorated using existing branded furniture or custom furnishings such as: the bunk bed in the bedroom and the kitchen.
Master Project Idea
The kitchen was designed trying to maintain a ""l rouge" that connected all its parts. The main element that characterizes it is a treated teak wood, an intense brown color, which envelops every element of the kitchen giving the sensation of a unique and compact kitchen system. The project includes an LED system for lighting, worktops, wall units and their interiors. The res area has an induction plate, a sink in the cockpit, a vacuum system inserted in the hidden worktop.
University Project Idea
The project is developed within a pre-existing structure in front of Palazzo Bricherasio in Turin. The design idea is to dedicate the existing volume to a temporary store for the display and sale of bikes and components of a famous brand: Create. The concept is realized through the use of materials, colors and lines that resemble a velodrome. The customer, once entered, will have the opportunity, through the use of tablets and direct advice, to choose the components to customize his bike. The volume consists of four areas: - reception / cash; - exhibition of components and bikes; - multimedia area / story telling; - external dehor for assembling the purchased bike.
Thesis Competition
This thesis project develops with the desire to investigate and understand how two apparently different worlds such as gastronomy and architecture are able, in many architectural works, to be parts of the same reality. There are two main reasons that led me to develop this work. First of all an interest in the world of gastronomy and its "rules", meaning with this last term, the rigorous and precise paths that export raw materials to become dishes with an inviting appearance and elaborate taste. The second reason concerns the interest in the design of school / university complexes, more precisely the relationship that exists between the architectural spaces and the functions that will be hosted
The whole project can be divided into two macro projects, the square in front of the project area and the building itself. The latter, in turn, can be divided into three blocks. The rst volume in the North houses spaces and functions useful for a gastronomic center. On the ground oor there are: a secretariat, spaces for the direction, a large congress hall and a space used for loading and writing goods. The rst oor houses classrooms for culinary exercises, while on the second oor there are classrooms for the theory. The top oor is used as a restaurant where public spaces intersect with spaces only for employees, where the customer, through glass partitions, can admire and interact with the kitchens, where great chefs or students can demonstrate their skills. The volume to the south has the function of hosting the student rooms, the common kitchens and all those spaces useful for study and leisure including gym and relaxation room. The last nucleus serves to make the school communicate with the residence; inside there are spaces used for reading, multimedia classrooms and relaxation rooms. The square in front of it has been designed and redesigned to improve the existing space, trying to give the inhabitants the opportunity to appreciate and take advantage of a historic place. The entire area has been redesigned as if it were an extension of Lake Ixelles, with green spaces and pools of water with internal routes dictated by the extensions of the main roads that ow into it. The aim of this thesis was to highlight the common language that exists between architecture and gastronomy; two realities with dynamics apparently distant from each other, being born to last over time and the other to be the moment of a tasting, but having in common the use of strict rules that determine the pleasure of the nal result.
Ideas Competition
The aim of the competition is to rethink and design the Valpolicella Negrar Cellars in Verona while maintaining the pre-existence with its formal characteristics. It was decided to divide the project area into three buildings: the one to the East dedicated to the management, a large central volume where there is the production of wine in all its phases that intersects with the volumes and paths dedicated to visits to the winery, and a building located in the North-West where there are the Museum and the restaurant area. The space dedicated to the production of wine has been redesigned, reeecting on a new way of fermenting the grapes. It was decided to place the grape boxes on the faรงade so as to create a perennial shielding with changing colors. On the northern side of the central body a path has been designed that connects each "telescope" to the visit of the cellars until reaching the museum.
Ideas Competition
The aim of the competition was to rethink the Piazza dedicated to Carlo Forlanini in Rome. The concept that has been used is that of the maple leaf, typical of this area. As the lymph ows into the entire extension of the leaf thanks to its capillaries, in the same way the walking streams ow smoothly throughout the park, tracing paths and delimiting functional spaces. The main entrance, located at the north-west corner of the square, is divided into ve main routes. Among the paths there are different functional areas: a market area, a refreshment area, an area for children and a picnic area with bike racks.
Project Realized
Eolian
Apartments
The intervention focused on the renovation of a large apartment consisting of two oors, the rst oor consists of living and sleeping areas and the second consists of a large terrace with a volume used as a warehouse. It was decided to divide the whole apartment into two smaller ones, taking advantage of the terrace as a living area for one of the two apartments. Both apartments have a sleeping area with beds distributed both on the same oor and above mezzanines. In the smaller apartment the living area and the bathroom are located on the same oor, while the larger one has the sleeping area and the services on the rst oor while the living area on the terrace. The latter includes a solarium area with a shower, a covered dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Project Idea
CASA A TORRE
The residential building to be restored is located in a small neighborhood in the town of Piazza Armerina. The volume is divided into 4 oors above ground, each served by a stairwell. The ground oor has a laundry area and a garage. Through a staircase both inside and outside you can get to the rst oor where is located the day area with a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining room. Continuing up the stairs you get to the upper oor, used as a study / TV area with the presence of a bathroom. On the top oor we nd the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one single. The faรงade, characterized by stone bearing walls, is revisited with the addition of a gray plaster band and glass parapets that give the building a contemporary look without masking its history.
Project Idea
LONDON FLAT
The room in question was designed for a boy who wanted to have a reened style, at the same time, easy, fast and cheap to make. It was decided to design a bed that also had the function of a desk, using the bed as a structural element. Each pallet has been exploited in all respects for its structural and spatial characteristics. Each space has been used in various ways: as a bookcase as an object holder or as a space for inserting drawers. With the pieces of waste it was nally possible to create an external element that can be used both as a seat and as a disc holder.
Project Idea
The design concept is based on the combination of different elements that underline the desire to bring two styles together: the contemporary one (minimal) and the one of the Sicilian tradition (old / vintage). The use of majolica on the walls recalls the typical Sicilian kitchens giving an elegant and reened look to the room. The counter together with the refreshment areas give the space a more modern character thanks to the type of lighting adopted. The ceiling is characterized by the presence of several modern lighting bodies that together represent the trinacria, a symbol full of history and tradition. The designed volume is divided into ve environments: Sales area, kitchen, warehouse, changing room/employee services.
