Wellington Shire Council invites suitable civil contractors to tender for footpath works in Seaspray and Loch Sport. Works will include the construction of 1.5m wide concrete footpaths. Practical completion date: 19 May 2023. All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from eProcure website (www.eprocure.com. au/wellingtonshirecouncil).

All Tender submission must be lodge electronically through the eProcure portal no later than 2pm Wednesday 16 November 2022. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. GP1649346

Macalister Demonstration Farm Calling for Nominations for Bob Pitman Award

The recipient of this award should have one, if not all of the following attributes; Commitment to the betterment of the dairy industry in the Macalister irrigation district via one or all of the following areas: ● Production. ● Technology. ● Extension. ● Environmental awareness. ● Mentorship. ● Serve on boards or committees which support the dairy industry. ● Serve with integrity, humility and altruism. Pavement Repair Works Panel Tender

Wellington Shire Council is inviting tenders for sealed road pavement repair works, including rehabilitation, asphalt deep lift, regulation and crack sealing. Successful tenderers will be included in a panel of contractors to provide civil pavement repair works to all locations within Wellington Shire. Tenderers can provide pricing for any number of items and locations within the tender schedule. Tendered prices are to remain unchanged until 31 December 2024. Council may consider a claim for a change in quoted rates at the annual anniversary of commencement of the contract which is supported by suitable and substantive evidence, or outside the annual anniversary, where situations beyond the control of the Contractor have caused a material impact on the Contractors viability. All Tenderers must register with Wellington Shire Council to receive the tender documents, which are available from the eProcure website www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil

A prayers service will be held for Mr Ronald John Bennett at the Geoff Rossetti Memorial Chapel, 1390 Maffra Road Sale a t 1 p m T O D A Y , (Tuesday, October 18, 2022). followed by burial in the adjoining Sale Lawn Cemetery.
