FLENS, Hendrik. 'Henk' 18/03/1946 - 02/04/2022 Passed away Saturday April 2, 2022 at CGHS, aged 76. At rest after a long illness. Loved husband of Lois. Father of Travis and Wayne. Father-in-law to Denise and Bec. Opa to Jacob, Abigail, Indie, Aeden and Daniel. There is a place in my heart that is yours alone. A piece of my life no other can own. The tears in my eyes I can wipe away, but the memories of you will always stay Love you, Lois. God saw he was getting tired, And a cure was not to be, So he put his arms around him, And whispered "come with me". With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, And saw him fade away. Although we loved him dearly We could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating. Hard working hands put to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
