The brief was to design Mixed use building with an site area of 15000msq in Gokulpeth area, Nagpur. Total F.S.I was 4 with total b/u of 110000 sqm . It should have Offices, Basement Parking, Shopping stores as well as Entertainment activities.
SITE Site is located in Gokulpeth area beside the happy street, Nagpur. Almost all the buildings on the both the sides of primary road are of either mixed or commercial use. Residential buidling varies from 1-2 stories to 6-7 stories. The building of 2 or 3 stories closer to the market and there will be taller building farther away.

Site has acces from all four side and located in renowed retail destination. It is a very high density population area people comes here from all over the city. There will bee four entrances into the site two will be primary and other two will be secondary which can be used as service entrance.

The brief was to design a house for post pendemic situation with a total site are of 7500 sqft. It shall be atleast G+1 strucure with working space, Entertainment Space and Living Space. Ocean Pearl is a good combination of all three types of spaces.
CONCEPT The concept of design was housing comig from rock. The pool is the focal point that draws the eye to the view and instills calmness that provides balance with the energy of the architecture. This house provides private outdoor spaces for every space. Integrating the outdoors into inside experimenting with roof gardens, micro backyards, porches and balconies.
FORM DEVELOPMENT
SITE Site is located in Varkala, Kerala. With the lush hills of Varkala on one side and the majestic arabian sea on the other side. This charming home on the beach front is just the right place for the living. Envisioned with the intension to create a space that is close to nature, the house has a strong visual as well as physical connection with the environment.

SITE The Site Belogs To An Organisation (Sanskruti Savardhan Mandal) Which Is An Educational Institute .on Site We Have Building Of Kvk(Krushi Vgyan Kendra)which Is A Resaerch And Promotion Center Of Agriculture. Vidhan Bhavan, Nagpur is the building in the Civil lines locality of Nagpur, the second capital of Maharashtra state of India, where Winter Session of the Maharashtra Legislature is held. The foundation stone of the building was laid in 1912. It was constructed by the then British command to house the administration of the Central Provinces and Berar, of which Nagpur was the capital. Later, in 1952, the CP & Berar was divided into the large central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh which included the current Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha regions. Nagpur was the capital of this state. In 1960, this state was further divided, with the Vidarbha region going to Maharashtra state.
