General Event Template Portfolio This portfolio contains templates in the following sizes: • 8.5 x 5.5 • 8.5 x 11 • 8.5 x 14 • 11 x 17 Templates are designed for both print and electronic distribution. The size of the document and method of distribution have been incorporated into the names of each file. The file name is in the red box on each page. Directions: 1. Browse through the portfolio and select a template. 2. Download the template to your desktop, the file will download as a Word document. 3. U se the preset text boxes in the template to insert your content. Only use the Omnes font in black. 4. Save your template as a new file. 5. Print or email your flyer for distribution.
