Counselor in Training (CIT) CIT 1 CIT 2 Intern

The CIT program is not only designed to create amazing leaders for the camp community, but it focuses on growth through community service, sisterhood, and professional development. Campers still experience the most quintessential parts of camp—between brushing up on archery and expressing their creativity in the art shack—and they also gain marketable skills for their future!

ENTERING 10TH, 11TH OR 12TH GRADE ENTERING 10TH, 11TH OR 12TH GRADE

Learn to create lesson plans, develop behavior management strategies and improve camping skills. Campers must complete CIT 1 prior to this program. This session is all about leadership skill building, facilitation, giving and receiving feedback.

ENTERING 12TH GRADE

This program is by application only. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete CIT 1 and CIT 2 prior to this program. Facilitate the entire camp season, experience check in/ check out procedures, and with the help of counselors plan an amazing week of activities for the campers. https://form.jotform.com/ 220517133481044
