Independent Designer – Niels Peeraer
Part1_Creative Marketing Brief and Moddboad
Niels Peeraer is a Belgian fashion and accessories designer. He was born in Antwerp 1989 and graduated the Royal Fashion Academy of Antwerp in 2011. His Master’s collection was granted five awards and included limited edition handbag collaboration with Delvaux, the oldest fine leather luxury goods house in the world, founded in Brussels in 1829. Niels Peeraer established his own leather accessories brand based in Paris. His works display his craftsmanship with a strong and personal aesthetic extremely. His works are unique and emotional. The most dominant thing in his design is that his works are between masculine and feminine. Also, his main theme is that ‘there is no limit to cuteness’.
Target Audience: Main target consumers of Niels Peeraer are cute, romantic, and girlish young women age ranging from 17 to 23 in middle and upper class. The target audiences mainly desire structural shapes with sweet and soft colors such as white and pink. The consumers sometimes wear different styles of accessories, for example, strong and masculine colored such as dark purple and green bags depending on their moods. Proposal: Compared with his cute and structural works, the original website is extremely simple. There is no a lot of attractive information. His young target consumers enjoy showing their appearance and share with their new products with friends. For this reason, I recommend displaying more attractive his works with not only goods but also his fine wo rks or inspirations on his official website and mobile application. Both website and application include active interaction between the artist and core consumers.

Small Boutique – Unique
Part1_Creative Marketing Brief and Moddboad
‘YOUR EXPERT FOR CUSTOM FRAGRANCES’ UNIQUE is a fragrance boutique in Berlin, Germany. The company has created already more than 132,000 unique perfumes and provides ready-made ones. However, its main business is an online based customized perfume. Unique convinces that a perfume reflects the individual personality, so the company offers customers opportunities to create their own custom fragrance. Unique provides advising services based on professionalism.
Target audience: Target consumers of Unique are people who have own firm fashion style and preference rather than follow a mega trend. They are high-level professionals in their fields. The main consumers build various relationships both in a workplace and person life. Proposal: Although the company’s name is Unique, the website does not look like unique. Rather, its original website is considerably crowded with lots of texts and images. Unique’s strength is a variety, for example, they offer 50 base notes for creating the individual fragrance and several options of a bottle. At the final step, consumers can add own name or logo on the bottle. This user experience makes customers attract to their products. Based on its strength, I recommend focusing on the process of creating the fragrance and emphasizing its variety and professional advising service on the website.

International Coorporation - Jimmy Choo
Part1_Creative Marketing Brief and Moddboad
Jimmy Choo is a Malaysian fashion designer based in the United Kingdom. He was born in Penang, Malaysia, 1948 and is wellknown for its handmade women’s shoes globally. His father who was a shoemaker taught him how to make shoes, and he made his first shoe when he was 11 years old. Choo graduated from the London College of Fashion in 1983. In 1996, he co-founded Jimmy Choo Ltd with British Vogue magazine accessories editor Tamara Mellon. He has since concentrated his work on the exclusive Jimmy Choo Couture line which aims for expensive high-end shoes but, Jimmy Choo, the ready-to-wear line which includes accessories such as handbags, is under the purview of Tamara Mellon.
Target Audience: Jimmy Choo is divided into two lines both the couture line and the ready-to-wear line. Compared to the exclusive line, the latter is much cheaper. However, Jimmy Choo’s goods are usually regarded expensive and luxury items. Its main audiences are fashionable creative professionals such as design, beauty, and fashion in cosmopolitans. They earn a high income. Also, they might be shoeholics. Proposal: Jimmy Choo’s design represents sexy and high-end fashion as well as luxury goods. Although this brand image, the website does not have any specialty and attract customers with their exclusive design. My object is to redesign the website image exclusive, but simply because Jimmy Choo’s signature item is a stilettoheeled shoe with simple, but sexy.
