concept / riVaso is a project that derives from the desire to reuse a plastic bottle. Starting from a bottle, through the reasoned cuts on its shapes, I made some vases, of two different sizes concerning the capacity of the bottles. In addition to the creation of the vase, a short poem, a Haiku, was associated with the theme of nature. This project took part in the competition IL PARCO IN CITTA’, graphic and design section, winning third place and showing photographs at Villa Reale in Monza.

C concept / Broomline was created to allow the user to exhibit an instrument that is usually hidden, the broom. As for the form, broomline takes up the profile of a classic broom to be essential and delicate. Also, the classic bristles are replaced by a rubber element that favors cleaning in the corners and allows greater hygiene.

A concept / The interior handle him & her has been designed to be placed in public baths and is born from the need to hang jackets and bags in places where it is usually difficult. given the environment in which it is attached, its formal structure refers to the stylized silhouette of a man and a woman; therefore it includes two types of handles that also indicate the bathroom of women and that of men simply and recognizably.

Its shape is inspired by the classic night mask and was designed to be made in three different types: cucumber, chamomile, and orange. Each of these types has beneficial properties for the eye contour. This product was imagined to be resold in special expositor in sephora stores.

concept / The concept explored by Gleam is to create a shelf, with incorporated light, in which it is possible to simply move the luminous points through a magnetic electrified track, incorporated inside the shelf. This allows the user to position the light points where he prefers and he can move them over time according to his own needs. Gleam develops in length on very large walls and joins the recent trend of positioning the paintings by placing them on shelves.

C concept / Kosino is an educational companion that helps the child to do the main ones daily routine tasks so simple and playful. It is equipped with interaction modes such as touch and voice recognition. It has features like the alarm clock, the ability to make suggestions, connectivity, timer, and connected app. The technologies found within it are: motion sensors, environmental recognition, adaptive technology, Alexa software, wireless charging and speakers.

The concept sought by Elle is that of the modularity of a sideboard that adapts to the space available to the consumer, in fact, lends itself to both private homes and contract projects. The supporting structure is not limited to being just an aesthetic detail but supports and contains the modules adapting to them like a spring. This project took part in the competition of Riva 1920 of 2018.

concept / The concept explored by the collection of kalì customizable sideboard, is given ample space to the user personality. This happens thanks to the possibility of personalization. Kalì proposes to the user to choose, initially between three units and then add the accessories you need, which can have different colors andmaterials. All accessories are interchangeable between them and allow the user to make changes over time. The most significant element of the project is the “legs”, inspired by human legs and the positions that can be taken.

The constant presence of the Kali logo is fundamental, intensified by the neutral background. furthermore, specific packs have been designed for the “legs” component in which the logo and the chosen color are reproduced.

concept / Wave by Wave was born from the idea of using an unusual and alternative material for making a lamp. The project is based on the use of corrugated cardboard strips, an element usually associated with packaging boxes. Taking advantage of the full and empty spaces that make up the cardboard itself, it was interesting to discover the effects of light that were created through these elements. The concept of WBW is to give new life to a material commonly used in other areas and to exploit its properties making its use innovative.

concept / The concept sought by the coordinated collection of aRound lamps is the union between technology and lighting. The project tries to remain in the simplicity of circular geometric shapes, without resorting to formal overly elaborate formal models. Another characteristic, not secondary, is the opportunity of illuminating an angle that does not have an electrical outlet, as the light bar is rechargeable and removable.

concept / Materlight appears as a multi-purpose object, which acts as a portable and table lamp, integrated with a sound object. This product’s shape is inspired by an hourglass made up of two parts that are different for functionality and material. Mater Light also gives to the user the possibility to have on his bedside table a decorative lamp, which can be detached from the main body to be carried around. This project was selected among the 5 finalists of the LIGHT MIDDLE EAST competition and exhibited at the World Trade Center in Dubai.

concept / Diatomi is a collection of lamps which underlines the concept of contrast, intersection and geometry, combining decoration with structure through minimal and decisive lines. The word diatomi comes from the greek and means intersection, its shape is in fact born from the intersection of a circle and a triangle. All lamps oh the collection include three possible sandblasted PMMA, neutral or textured. The choice to use PMMA derives from the fact that it is a more resistant material than glass, while offering the same aesthetic performance.

The painted aluminum structure is in fact thinner and there is only one PMMA side. All this to lighten the composition, which is made up of a large number of pieces. We also studied a simple method of anchoring between the structures with screws. The Diatomi wall lamp gives the user the possibility to create infinite compositions, also based on the space available.

concept / eSSe is an adaptable counter, thanks to its characteristic it can go from a minimum to a maximum size. The supporting structure distinguishes eSSe from other counters, in fact, it is not limited to being just an aesthetic detail, but supports and allows the rotation of the tops acting as a pivot. eSSe is designed to be made of white marble and steel, two cold but impactful materials.

concept / The smartboard structure is designed as a continuous line constantly changing. This creates seats and shelves that lend themselves to more functions. The structure has an interactive horizontal screen that allows children to use traditional board games in sharing. It is possible to communicate between the various structures thanks to the wifi connection present in each system. To decrease the environmental impact of the structure, it was decided to install wind turbines to power its functionality. At the entrance of each system there is an additional screen that informs the user on the functioning of the structure and on the concept that characterizes it.

The shape of the set-up structure takes up and imitates the structural curves of the plan of the Milan Triennale. Here the repetitive forms and in harmony with the architecture that are created have been highlighted.

concept / The intentions of the project foresee the creation of a path, which will develop according to an initial choice of the visitor. The latter will influence the route, but will not be definitive so as not to oblige the user to only partially visit the installation. The path we are imagining has, as a starting point, the user’s immersion in the historical “pre and post use of plastic” moments. The choice to focus our project intentions on plastic material does not want to neglect the current conditions in which the planet pours also because of the plastics. Instead, we want to show what the past of design is, without hiding or hiding it, and to demonstrate that there are other ways in the world of plastics, which can be embraced.

concept / Cirio’s garden is a new brand born from the collaboration between Cirio and the municipality of Milan. The idea is to create a structure that includes a vegetable garden, a laboratory and a restaurant. Inside Cirio’s garden it is possible to find vegetables at km 0 and homemade tomato sauce, all consumable in the restaurant. The values of the Cirio ‘garden brand are eco-sustainability and solidarity, it stems from the desire to create a preparatory path that will allow the reintegration of the volunteers selected by the municipality into society

Contests will be published on the Cirio’s Garden instagram page that will attract the attention of the younger and more social target. On the Cirio’s garden facebook page, posts on the recipes created with Cirio’s garden products, DIy videos and the experience of volunteers will be published weekly.
