An house in Mallorca, Formentor (ES)
A small holiday house, inserted in the nature of a wooded mountain in front the sea. Geometry follows the trend of the soil; the terraces, typical elements of the site, were the solution to organize the outer space and the relationship between the house’s volumes. Path was the theme to design the project, after follows view, landscape, nature, atmosphere.

Housing in Palma de Mallorca (ES) An housing building for students and summer visitor destination. The theme of limit from the new and older city, the old wall hug the hystoric part. Building is like a unic concrete block dug in facade and in the
middle for two courtyard. Circulation is around the courtyard and is different in all floors.

Island inside risefields in Isla Mayor, Sevilla (ES) Form strart from site, a triangle island inside risefield. The concept of full, divided from paths, like risefield, steel structure of cross beams according to the grid generated by the site. A rice research center inside it. The facade is composed of two skins, the first glass, the second metal, the various volumes may possess only one of these two or both depending on their function.

The project idea comes from the desire for conservation of ‘Polis’ ruins, wrapping with an architecture that just as a ruin crumbles around it, then blending with the landscape. The basement like a temple, above which we have the library that breaks off, near the entrance, and becomes a terrace. Respecting the nearby building, of great architectural value, making it a filter and generating a common public space. Operating as a mending of the urban mass. 405

SPA WELLNESS, Doss lake (CH) The reuse project for an old building, characterized by a poly-angular shape. The building has been enlarged with a new construction, generating continuity of the faรงade and interior spaces. The result is a wellness center on the shore of Lake Doss. A building that will be a new attraction for the city of San Bernardino, in relationship with the local tourist facilities, giving a new tourist life to the area.

ARTIST HOUSE, Monte Carasso (CH) A reuse project of an old house for an artist, characterized by polyfuncionals spaces. The building has been enlarged with a new construction destinated to the artist’s work. The house present two flats, the first on the ground floor is an indipendent guest house. On the first floor there is the house of the artist in connection with a fluid space to the atelier.

EXPOSITION SPACE, Cagliari (IT) The study of the space takes origins from an analysis of the existing ruin, consisting of what remains of the architectural structure of the ancient Roman amphitheater. The project is the result of an interpretation of the typological element of the ‘Meniano’ as a perimeter wall which is the matrix of development of the various levels of the gradient of the scenic space. The projected wall is placed on the border with the last Meniano trace, the one further upstream that concludes the ancient amphitheater, representing it as its reverberation: the ancient measurements are put back into circulation through a contemporary intervention that continues the geometry, the spatial development , the architectural quality of the constituent elements.
