The proposal is focuses on the creation of a recreation park and contemplation of nature where intertwine boulevards, gardens and squares, the focus of action is the Landmark Tower Lookout located between the current Distributor Road the funicular and a tram station. The Tower orientated to the Park's waterfalls, the coast and the city of QuĂŠbec, becomes thus a reference for citizens and tourists offering coffee ,restaurant, spaces for exhibitions, services and hall of arrival of the existing tram and funicular station, connecting the coast with the upper part of the hill where are located hotels residences and shops....
The textures and the used colors applied to the boulevard generate a sense of ownership and identity with the landscape that will be varying according to each season and the colours of nature.... creating viewpoints for contemplate birds and flora throughout all the Park , giving importance to nature, pedestrians and cyclists. EXHIBITION AND MEETING CENTRE CIVIC & CULTURE
The construction occupies a privileged place in Caracas downtown , integrated at the axis Rotival urban planning . Conditioned by the junction of the Anauco Canal, the objective of the proposal is to intensify the use of squares by creating a pedestrian path, communicating the National Art Gallery and the Convention Centre,allowing the citizier to connect with the Central Park Set and the Children’s Museum.
Surrounded by shops ,residential buildings, Theaters and hotels the proposal offer:an an art gallery, seminar room, exhibition spaces , press rooms, hall council, bars, banquet hall, conference auditorium, administrative offices and Vip parking cars.
“LA HOYADA” ARENA , EXIBITION , AND CONVENTION CENTRE CARACAS VENEZUELA /CIVIC AND CULTURE
Integrated into the axis of the Rotival Master Plan, the site for the proposal is the result of the intersection of two major avenues (Av. Bolivar / Av. Fuerzas Armadas) roughly cutting the urban grid into 4 isolated blocks, waste spaces of the distributor road.
The challenge of this proposal was to unite the two south blocks to create a collective place for Metropolitan Cultural Activities.The proposal consist of 2 theaters ,meeting rooms , seminar rooms, banquet hall for gourmet festivals ,art galleries ,exhibition spaces , administrative offices, services , restaurants and Vip parking.
The edification is well served by two underground station very close each other, “la Hoyada” and “Nuevo Circo” station.The volume of the Set follows the pattern of the function generating a dynamic movement and a different rate to the current context
‘’ LA CASTELLANA” MIXED USE-DEVELOPMENT CARACAS VENEZUELA
Located in the centre of the city, the proposal meets the challenge of development a urban interaction in public squares with residential,commercial and offices zones distinguished by a set of 3 buildings interconnected on the ground floor and basement through open spaces shops and restaurants. The implantation of the set follows the patterns of the local regulation where in the north is located the residential building with a exquisite visual to the Avila Mountain,
Being served by a street off-peak; in the south is strategically located the Office Tower being the host and the main edification of one of the most elapsed shopping avenue of Caracas.
In the West sector it’s located a building dedicated to providing entertainment and a fitness club to residents, entrepreneurs and employers
TRANSPORT – Caracas Venezuela ‘’Las Mayas ‘’Urban and Suburban Tranfer Station
Because of the expansion of the city and his network connection of transport it is important to evaluate the creation of a new transfer centre in the South border of the capital in order to decongesting the down town and connect with new express railways passing outside Caracas and connecting with other important cities
The Proposal foresees: a monorail line connecting the existent underground station “la Rinconada “with “las Mayas” which is going to connect the new railway network between Valencia-Caracas Caracas-Higuerote.
The new Transfer Station is also linked to the National Highway and principal Avenues, thus providing a central bus station for urban and inter urban destinations.The set provide: shops, services, restaurants, pedestrian connections, bus platforms for arrivals and departure, taxi line service, railway platform connection and a Hotel for travelers.

The Campus offers: Media Centre and Digital Library, National Park Ranger office and public information, exhibition and convention building , dinning and coffee shops , operational offices , administrative offices, national and international environmental planning offices , decanates , lecture halls , classrooms technical workshops, scientific laboratories , recycling ateliers for technological garbage, waste water treatment , student residences and accommodation , commerce , bus station ,parking for staff and professors.
