I am an Architect graduated at Gebze Technical University in Kocaeli, Turkey. From the day I started to the Faculty of Architecture, I have attended seminars, workshops and events on many different topics. I realized that the areas that I was interested in, I enjoyed being in, and I wanted to improve myself were restoration, conservation of cultural heritage, archeology and architectural history.
During my time at the restoration site, I learned the preparation stages of the survey, restitution and restoration projects, the job description of an architect who will take part in the restoration site, the preparation of quantities, attachments and progress payments.I learned the excavation work and drawing stages by doing an internship in the archaeological excavation area. This experiences has shown me that I am an active and eager person at work, with the ability to adapt myself to different tasks and work as a team or individually. I consider myself a responsible, organized and creative person who is always quite attentive to details. About my personal interests, I am a passionate about historical buildings and the power of cultural heritage. I am interested in photography and oil painting. I was an underwater hockey player. I am really curious about the different cultures and places that exist around the world, because of that, I love travelling, always having an open mind to new knowledge.

Shusha Music and Art School was considered an exemplary educational institution at its time. The school’s building phase was completed in 1881, and operated until the capture of Shusha by Armenian forces in 1992. And now, it lies in a ruined state.
Shusha is located on a high plateau (about 1400 m above sea level), in one of the most beautiful places in the center of Nagorno-Karabakh. Three sides of the plateau are surrounded by rocks. The city was built from these rocks around it.

CONCERT HALL GROTTOLE , ITALY
SITE LOCATION : Grottole, Matera in Italy
COMPETETION : Re-use The Fallen Church TYPE : Adaptive reuse
PARTNER : Belkıs Bahar Alparslan
Chiesa Diruta is a catholic church built in Grottole (MT) in the 15th century, in order to host the local community of clergymen and to become one the most important churches of the bishopric. It suffered a lot of damages due to earthquakes, fires, and building issues so it was soon abandoned.
Transparency and flexibility. Chiesa Diruta stands as a new center of cultural production in the largely abandoned city center and mediates the town’s relationship with the western countryside. This relationship develops without providing a one-way path in the new concert hall, preffering instead the experience of visual, spatial and movement in all directions.
The project was developed in order to the original places and proportions of the church and to evaluate the layers in its history.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN
The call of the west of the church to the people was provided by exhibitions and workshops, and the east by the transparency and opening the entrance door. The double-heighy passage connecting the landscape areas to the main entrance area in the central courtyard acts as a filter between the management office and the work areas, overlooking the view of the west facade.

INSTRUCTOR : Prof. Dr. Kutlu Sevinç Kayıhan
PROJECT SUBJECY : Rediscovery ; Center to Develop and Introduce Architectural Culture
Offering quite wide definition sets and infinite perspectives, which are expected from time to time, sometimes surprising. Galata causes the dynamism of the layers in the city memoy in the axis of forgetting and remembering as well as local and global events, actors and situation variables. A different way to experience the city; THE POINT OF THE HISTORICAL JOURNEY. I eas create to develop and promote the architectural culture in Galata, where the new and old are together, it is aimed to experience the ‘journey of architecture in time’ to the user.
The spaces consist of two masses in the east and west direction, passing through the cortyard at the elevation of -1.50 and -6.00. While the mass containing the chamber of architects and accommodation units is more privatized, the permanent exhibiton side is more publicly. Open study areas, bookcafe, workshops, open amp, library are planned in the public area.

TOY STORE RESTORATION ISTANBUL, TURKEY
SITE LOCATION : Eyüp, Istanbul in Turkey
TYPE : Survey, Restitution and Restoration Project
INSTRUCTOR : Prof. Dr. Elif Özlem Aydın / Assoc.Prof.Dr. Mine Topçubaşı
PARTNER : Ali Rıza Bayrak, Simden Günaçtı, Kübra Mutlu, Hamza Vanoglu, Abdülkadir Eren
In the restoration work; It was aimed to repair the damaged parts of the building with original materials and elements, to function the history in the function in memory, to reach the original architectural character in accordance with the historical texture of Eyüp, and also to leave a trace from today's architectural character.
It is known that the building was used as an oven in the past. Considering that the original function of the building can be maintained and this function will make the building more visible, it has been decided to function as a bakery-patisserie. Reinforced concrete structures currently in the back garden of the building will be removed and the back garden will be used as a cafe working with the furnace. In order to contribute to the proposal that the building next to it will be used in the bookshop function and to diversify this function, it has been decided to function as an antique book shop.

INSTITUTE OF INTER-CIVILIZATION DIALOGUE ISTANBUL, TURKEY
SITE LOCATION : Balat, Istanbul in Turkey
TYPE : Educational INSTRUCTOR : Assoc. Dr. Ezgi YAVUZ
Balat is a district where many civilizations and religions live together from past to present. It contains traces of different cultural identities, riches of differences, culture of life, traces of history as layers. Balat, formed by the accumulation of spatial features and social lives that developed in different periods in history, has lost its many identities and traces even though it feels its multiculturalism today. With various fires, migrations caused by low living conditions, over time, neglect increased and lost traces. This destruction is seen both abstractly and concretely. In the historical process, the dialogue between space and life has been broken, so the traces of Balat's memory have turned into life, and ways to enrich the existing project have been kept in the foreground.
06
As a result of the analysis on the area, it was seen that the historical richness of Balat has a museum value. This value is seen at some points, the structures at some points, and the children playing at the streets at some points, and at some points the clothes lines hanging between two buildings. By separating the existing stratification into three; historical layers, structural layers and layers of life were examined. The fact that the area has a slope and is productive in terms of landscape caused “vista” areas to be considered on the space. The project was proceeded by starting with the idea of "Getting to know the place of residence can be accomplished by capturing moments and frames".
