WE ARE GLAMPING ECO SPIRIT Located harmoniously in the Archaeological Park of Ollantaytambo in the middle of one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world and a world heritage site, the Patacancha basin in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. PROGRAMA: BAJO LAS ESTRELLAS / 01 NOCHE GLAMPING Situado en las montañas alrededor de Ollantaytambo (máximo 3124 msnm / 10,249 ft.), en la cuenca del Patacancha, Glamping Eco Spirit te invita a pasar la noche y disfrutar del paisaje único que ofrece la zona. Al elegir este programa Glamping eco Spirit se encargara del su traslado desde el poblado de Ollantaytambo hacia la cuenca de Patacancha donde se ubica las instalaciones de Glamping Eco Spirit (aprox 15 min), para disfrutar de la noche en nuestro Glamping realizaremos una fogata alrededor de la cual te puedes reunir a pasar un agradable momento bajo millones de estrellas, toma una manta para acostarte a ver las estrellas al lado del calor de la fogata, así mismo tenemos snacks como malvaviscos para asar en la fogata y deliciosos vinos para disfrutar de historias alrededor del calor del fuego. A la mañana siguiente Glamping Eco Spirit le ofrece un delicioso desayuno para iniciar el día, a hora indicada traslado hacia el poblado de Ollantaytambo. CEREMONIA A LA PACHAMAMA Glamping Eco Spirit ofrece el servicio de ceremonia dedicada a la Pachamama en la cuenca del Patacancha en la comodidad de sus instalaciones, rodeados del increíble paisaje del lugar, recibiremos la visita de un sacerdote andino llamado Pako o Altomisayoc, quien se encargará de realizar la ceremonia de pago a la tierra de la cual formara parte, rito que se practica con frecuencia en los andes peruanos, este legado ancestral es practicado en Perú, Bolivia, Ecuador y otros países. Dicen los hijos de la tierra bendita: “De la Pachamama vivimos, aquí nacemos, de esta Pachamama comemos”.

PACHAMAMA CEREMONY Glamping Eco Spirit oﬀers the ceremony service dedicated to Pachamama in the Patacancha basin in the comfort of its facilities, surrounded by the incredible landscape of the area, we will receive a visit from an Andean priest known as a Paqo or Altomisayoc, who will be responsible for performing a ceremony of oﬀering to the land, a rite that is frequently practiced in the Peruvian Andes. This ancestral legacy is practiced in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and other countries. The children of the blessed land say: “De la Pachamama vivimos, aquí nacemos, de esta Pachamama comemos” (“From Pachamama we live, here we are born, from this Pachamama we eat.”)

PIC - NIC Glamping Eco Spirit ofrece el servicio de picnic en la cuenca del Patacancha en la comodidad de sus instalaciones, rodeados del increíble paisaje del lugar. Puedes hacer un picnic en la mañana para hacer un brunch o para disfrutar la tarde con una tabla de quesos y un delicioso vino. En Glamping Eco Spirit contamos con un menú especialmente diseñado para disfrutar de la experiencia de picnic, cada menú viene en una canasta típica con un mantel clásico de cuadritos blancos y rojos y una ambientación única. Contáctanos si quieres hacer un picnic para una ocasión o celebración especial como cumpleaños, aniversario o lo que se te ocurra. Este servicio no es necesario reservarlo previo a tu estadía a menos de que tengas un requerimiento especial. Siempre podrás pedir en la recepción el menú de picnic y disfrutarlo en cualquier momento.

PIC - NIC Glamping Eco Spirit oﬀers a picnic service in the Patacancha basin in the comfort of its facilities, surrounded by the incredible landscape of the area. You can have a picnic in the morning to make a brunch or to enjoy the afternoon with a cheese board and a delicious wine. In Glamping Eco Spirit we have a menu specially designed to enjoy the picnic experience, each menu comes in a typical basket with a classic tablecloth of white and red squares and a unique atmosphere. Contact us if you want to have a picnic for a special occasion or celebration such as a birthday, anniversary or whatever you can think of. This service does not need to be booked prior to your stay unless you have a special requirement. You can always ask for a picnic menu at the reception and enjoy it at any time.

BONFIRES Participate in our bonfires to enjoy the night, at Glamping Eco Spirit every night a bonfire is lit for which you can gather around to spend a pleasant moment under millions of stars, playing the guitar and singing songs. SIEMBRA DE ESPECIES NATIVAS De acuerdo a lo manifestado por los Cronistas españoles y criollos, se conoce que el valle del cusco, estuvo poblado por especies forestales nativos en abundancia, entre ellos las espacies arbóreas como la Queuña, Molle, Pisonay y Chachacomo los cuales fueron depredados desde la época de la Colonia, época republicana y contemporánea. En Glamping Eco Spirit queremos asegurarnos de recuperar y conservar los hermosos paisajes de bosques andinos de la región, por eso durante tu estancia podrás contribuir a ello y aprender más sobre la importancia de estas y su ecosistema sembrando un árbol endémico de la región para dejar tu legado y ayudarnos a contribuir. PLANTING OF NATIVE SPECIES As stated by the Spanish and Creole Chroniclers, it is known that the Cusco Valley was populated by abundant native forest species, including tree species such as Queuña, Molle, Pisonay and Chachacomo. TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES FORMULARIO DE RESERVA Y PAGO: La reserva de cualquier programa de viaje de la empresa Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. requiere un depósito del 50% del precio total del viaje. Tenga en cuenta que este depósito se requiere para comprar boletos de tren, boletos de ingreso a Machu Picchu y boletos a parques arqueológicos, todo sujeto a disponibilidad. Después de su depósito y la confirmación de la reserva, su saldo pendiente se debe pagar al llegar a Cusco 48 horas antes de la salida o durante su sesión informativa. La falta de pago de saldos pendientes antes de la salida dará lugar a la incapacidad de participar en su viaje. La aceptación final de cualquier participante está sujeta a la recepción y revisión de todos los formularios, documentos y pagos requeridos. ITINERARIOS DE VIAJE: Todas las excursiones de Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. están sujetas a cambios de itinerario en función de una variedad de circunstancias, entre ellas, Glamping Eco Spirit se reserva el derecho de cancelar o cambiar cualquier viaje debido a ríos, carreteras, condiciones climáticas o clima político. También nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar cualquier viaje debido a la falta de adecuación del cliente debido a su edad, mala salud, mala forma física, intoxicación, etc. Los recorridos perdidos debido a las incidencias mencionadas anteriormente (por ejemplo, condiciones climáticas o clima político) no se pueden reembolsar ni recuperar. El precio y la duración de un viaje de senderismo nunca cambiarán una vez que esté registrado. Los pagos no son reembolsables por cambios de itinerario o cierres de terrenos públicos. Si un viaje se cancela debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control, se emitirá un crédito de viaje igual a la cantidad total pagada. POLÍTICA DE CAMBIO: Si desea cambiar la fecha de salida y/o la ruta de su caminata después de hacer la reserva / depósito, habrá un cargo de $ 50 por persona para realizar el cambio, excepto si el cambio se realiza en las 48 horas anteriores a la caminata, cuando el cambio costará $ 100 por persona. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y REEMBOLSO: Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. se reserva el derecho de cancelar viajes. Si este es el caso, se otorgará un reembolso completo de la cantidad pagada, incluido el depósito. Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. no es responsable de los gastos adicionales en los que se incurra al prepararse para el viaje (por ejemplo, boletos aéreos no reembolsables de compra anticipada, ropa, equipo, tarifas de visa, gastos médicos, etc.). En caso de no poder realizar el pago completo dentro de dicho marco de tiempo, se debe organizar y coordinar un sistema de pago alternativo. El incumplimiento de cualquiera de los puntos anteriores puede resultar en la CANCELACIÓN de su recorrido. 3.- En caso de retrasos en las llegadas a Cusco (debido a retrasos en los vuelos, autobuses, etc.), Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. no asume ninguna responsabilidad por recorridos perdidos o salidas de trekking. El personal de Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. hará todo lo posible para acomodar y hacer las modificaciones necesarias. Sin embargo, todos los costos adicionales de dichas modificaciones no se incluirán en el precio original del Trek. 4.- Las cancelaciones de Trek como resultado de una enfermedad, vuelos perdidos y cualquier otra razón realizada dentro de las 48 horas de la salida programada de la caminata, se consideran NO-SHOWS y estarán sujetas al pago completo Y no se realizarán reembolsos. 5.- En caso de enfermedad en el camino, no se incluyen los costos de emergencia para el transporte, etc. COMUNICADOS MEDICOS: Necesitamos comunicados médicos para posibles huéspedes mayores de 70 años y para diversas circunstancias, como antecedentes de enfermedades cardiovasculares, enfermedades crónicas y otras afecciones y factores. Comunique a los guías si consume alguna pestaña médica, píldora o enfermedad crónica para prevenir cualquier accidente o caso de emergencia, si lleva el botiquín de primeros auxilios para el recorrido será muy útil para los excursionistas del miembro. SEGURO DE VIAJE: Para su protección, le recomendamos la compra de un seguro de viaje. El seguro de viaje le ofrece cancelación o interrupción de viaje, demora de viaje, gastos médicos, asistencia de emergencia, cobertura de demora de equipaje y equipaje para proteger su inversión financiera. La cobertura médica comprada con su póliza también cumplirá con nuestro requisito de seguro de salud.

In case of not being able to make the full payment within said time frame, an alternative payment system must be organized and coordinated. Failure to comply with any of the above points may result in the CANCELLATION of your route. 3.- In case of delays in arrival to Cusco (due to delays in flights, buses, etc.), Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. does not assume any responsibility for lost routes or trekking trips. The staff of Glamping Eco Spirit E.I.R.L. will do everything possible to accommodate and make the necessary modifications. However, all additional costs of such modifications will not be included in the original Trek price. 4.- Trek cancellations as a result of illness, lost flights and any other reason made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure of the walk, are considered NO-SHOWS and will be subject to full payment AND no refunds will be made. 5.- In case of illness on the road, emergency transport costs are not included, etc. MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS: We need medical communication for potential guests over 70 years of age and for various circumstances, such as a history of cardiovascular diseases, chronic diseases and other conditions and factors.
