The travel transition has been a relatively smooth one, considering the controversial nature of the problem. Staff have taken advantage of BWTW services and discovered that changing your travel behaviour can actually make life easier! One member of staff who had been driving for 34 years has realised the convenience and ease of the train after receiving a free weekly pass from the team. This was a realistic solution for her problem and was an option she had never considered in the years she was commuting. With support from the BWTW team, the college was recently awarded the Cycle Friendly Employer award in recognition of their commitment to promoting and encouraging cycling as a travel option.
