Jason Bamford, one of the well-known names in the industry, has just announced he has purchased Regal Aluminium.

Harewood Estate farmhouse in Chapel Wold in Kearby, Yorkshire has been sympathetically restored and converted into a luxurious family home by a local developer, Andas Homes. Featherstone Hall is an imposing mansion, recorded in the Domesday Book, which sits in the village of North Featherstone near Pontefract in Yorkshire. The hall and its surrounding lands have become the site for 15 beautiful period family homes. The hall itself has been converted into three homes, while the sympathetically restored coach house has been transformed into a charming detached threebedroom home. Eleven new family homes, each designed to complement the hall, have been built in the grounds.

Featherstone Hall is a famed local landmark, so the conversion needed to be sympathetic and in keeping with its history. External steel windows can be amalgamated into kitchen extensions as a replacement for exterior walls.
