Organic wine month at Landsborough

Cellarbrations Landsborough celebrates organic month

Michael from Rosnay Wines

September is the month to celebrate all things organic and at the Cellarbrations bottleshop at the Landsborough Hotel, the party started early thanks to Rosnay Organics raffling a small hamper last Saturday.

It was a great lead up to the month-long event, which is now in its sixth year at Cellarbrations Landsborough. The event highlights all things organic, showcasing a range of organic, preservative free and biodynamic wines, beers and ciders.

Cellarbrations will be offering daily wine tastings as well as plenty of specials throughout the month.

Each Friday evening, from 4-6pm, they will host several brand representatives showcasing their organic range and welcome customers to pop in to have a taste, find out more information and have a chance to win some great giveaways!

Organiser Julie Ryder said that the popularity of organic and preservative free wines had grown significantly over the last few years and this year Cellarbrations would feature wines from Rosnay Organics, The Unexpected, Organic Hill, Yalumba, Farm Hand, Tamburlaine, Raw Vine and many more.

“We’re finding people are enjoying buying organic wine more and more,” Julie said.

“As people are more considerate about their health and what they put into their body, they don’t need to substitute on taste as the range of organic products on offer is fantastic.”

The celebrations will conclude with a huge raffle drawn at the end of the month, with every bottle of organic wine sold during September going in the draw to win. Julie said this year there was a massive first prize hamper valued at $320, which includes a dozen bottles of wine plus an array of organic goodies. They also have a runner up prize hamper valued at $140 to be won.

Cellarbrations at Landsborough Hotel has a huge range of organic, preservative free and biodynamic wines and products available, so pop in at 32 Cribb Street, Landsborough to see for yourself during the month of September.
