KIM

@kimgarst

We interview Kim Garst from BoomSocial.net about her thoughts on social media...

What is it you love most about Social Media? I love social media because it allows you to connect with people that you would never in the ordinary course of life encounter. Not only can you connect with people outside of your immediate circle of influence but you can conduct business with them as well! Social media expands our ability to build relationships and gives us an opportunity to be competitive, as business owners, in ways that previously were reserved for big brands. Where is the best or funniest place you have sent a social media update from? The funniest place that I have sent a social media update from would be from within the Men at Black ride at Universal Studios, Florida. Selfie photo all the way :-)!

as well. Twitter is a great platform for quality interaction, connection and it’s the best source for content traffic that I have ever found. I have also met some amazing people on Twitter and formed friendships that will probably last a lifetime. Addicted to social media? These days, you will be hard pressed to find someone who isn’t using social media in some capacity. For me, social media is my business but it’s also a part of my passion. I love the connection, the hustle of generating business through those connections and having an opportunity to bring value to someone else’s business. I am also very passionate about how I can use social media to make a difference for someone else, whether that is through business or through a personal connection.

Which is your favourite Social Media platform and why?

:-) 2

I love them all for various reasons but if I had to choose one, I would have to say it is Twitter. All great things that have happened in my business have their roots in Twitter. I probably get the most business value from Twitter

The World’s First

Social Media Business Directory Total Socials’ website allows you to search for social media business profiles Jake Tipper is a 20 year old entrepreneur from Birmingham, his experience in the marketing and particularly social media industry brought him across a problem, trying to locate and connect with certain small businesses on social media. Jakes solution was simple, create a website where you can ‘search for social’. Total Socials is the world’s first social media directory, which allows you to search for a type of business, in a specific area and on any social media site you wish to find it on. The website has listings that can be placed for free, by businesses and show their social platforms. The site works for businesses as it makes them a lot easier to find across any platform they are using, it helps B2B’s to connect with potential clients and customers to track down a service they may be looking for.

Jeanius Consulting, getting the shipping industry noticed on social media The shipping industry is responsible for 90% of everything we consume and the UK heavily dependent on maritime trade. There’s a saying that ‘without shipping, half the world would starve and half the world would freeze’, yet the average person outside of the industry knows nothing about this amazing industry. Maritime is all about its people and there’s a passion in shipping that’s utterly contagious, yet it rarely steps out of a small arena. There’s secrecy and one could argue even modesty, that people in shipping simply ‘get on with it’ and are reluctant to shout about it. Since I’ve been in the industry I’ve seen very little progress in openness among the ship owning and operating sectors with the exception of some of the publicly listed companies who need visualisation for their shareholders. Of course, some of the reluctance is down to confidentiality which I entirely understand, but frustratingly their lack of public profile simply adds to the invisibility of shipping and does nothing to help the global economy or the man in the street understand the crucial role shipping plays. Jeanius Consulting has ended up being rather a ‘champion of social media’ for the shipping industry, especially Twitter

- a logical part of its PR & marketing offering to the sector. With a series of articles and blogs along with #getshippingtrending, we’ve encouraged and supported the shipping industry to unite and embrace a new era of information and get the industry as a whole to ‘speak up and out’ about the fascinating work it does. Sadly the shipping industry holds a certain sceptical perception of social media; after all it’s an instantaneous global source of information and something that needs careful, regular and measured input to be done properly, but in line with our campaign we are seeing real growth in social media activity in the sector and our crusade is ongoing and will continue! Everyone who works in shipping knows we have the world’s best kept secret – and as an industry we have a responsibility to share that secret. Encouraging the whole industry, company by company, to embrace social media means there is both a certainty of increasing public awareness and an encouragement of a growing openness about the important role shipping plays globally. SOCIAL MEDIA

SUCCESS Can Twitter really help to sell property?

one of them twelve months ago! I thought Twitter was the preserve of Z list celebrities who courted notoriety and teenagers. How wrong I was! So a year after taking my first tentative steps into the world of social media, I now have a healthy following of 1800 (rising daily!) have reached the dizzy heights of number 8 in the Zoopla Power Property top 100 most influential Estate Agents in social media in the United Kingdom and achieved a total social reach including Facebook and Twitter of over 1 million in the last three consecutive months. Never in my wildest dreams did I envisage achieving this or being considered influential! I have even gained a new found respect with my children! Much of the success can be attributed to the inspirational Stephen Phillips, Managing Director of Growth Track and his wonderful team who create unique solutions for estate agency clients and provide a cohesive social strategy to market the agents brand and ensure maximum reach. But does Twitter actually get you any business I here you cry? Well yes it does! Just before Christmas I received a DM (direct message) from a local follower requesting a valuation on their

6

property in Cheadle. I hadn’t really engaged with the person previously but during our face to face meeting they said they enjoyed my Twitter feed! To cut a long story short, I won the instruction and a sale agreed on the property over New Year within 48 hours of going on the market. I have received a couple more valuation requests since Christmas, including one I am going to today, requests for property details, rental viewings and held a number of Twitter conversations helping people with various property related questions. Who is to say these people won’t consider using me when they come to sell?

the opportunity to demonstrate my professional relevance and personalityit is not just a business tool, it is a forum to share information and ideas. I have already established some wonderful friendships amongst my peers.

When not working he spends times with his three boys and is heavily involved in their various sporting interests. Maurice can also often be spotted at many community based events in Cheadle and Stockport. He can be contacted on 0161 428 3663.

I Tweet about property, obviously! But also a whole host of other totally unrelated subjects. I don’t want to be seen as stuffy and boring, I want to approachable and real. On top of this its FREE and Twitter is growing at a phenomenal speed. Those who don’t get it are missing a huge opportunity.

I love Twitter! It is fast paced, relentless and everything happens in real time.

I know there are many sceptics- I was

His company is situated in Cheadle , Cheshire and are one of most progressive and innovative firms in the area and have grown rapidly since the adoption of social media. He is one of the highest ranked independent agents in the UK’s top 100 most influential agents ( The Zoopla Power 100)

Social media provides subliminal benefit that is difficult to quantify and measure, but engaging on such a relevant platform with potential clients over a period of time can only position me as the go to guy when they are choosing an agent. I love Twitter! It is fast paced, relentless and everything happens in real time. It can be addictive and time consuming but also incredibly educational. I get

DRAGONS’ DEN STAR AquaDesignGroup discusses their win @TheoPaphitis #SBS (Small Business Sunday)... Going back to the start I had a pretty

healthy following of 1,600 and after winning #SBS on the 16th October 2011 my email went on meltdown for a night and the winning week was spent responding to and spending as much time getting to know those that had followed, past fellow winners and lots more new contacts. I’m a firm believer in grabbing opportunities and saw that a few past winners were offering #SBS badges to winners and thought I might offer an alternative. The #SBS win led to other Twitter wins and more time on Twitter led to getting to know more fellow winners.

Others contacted me based on seeing my award badge styles and a few just wanted to chat. All benefits as it’s not just about direct business where the business has come, it’s also come from fellow winners referring and pointing people in my direction. Been lucky enough to do some internal communication work for Ryman Stationery, met Theo Paphitis on more than one occasion outside of #SBS events and met a load of fantastic new people who have become friends, clients and great contacts. Followers are now over 9,000 and I’ve now got a cheeky co-worker Andy @ADG_IQ who helps me run my own competitions on Twitter.

The #SBS benefits started happening shortly after the new year in 2012, when a fellow winner wanted to talk about a re-brand and stationery.

Interview with

Toby Beresford

Founder of Leaderboarded

Where did the idea come from for Leaderboarded? In November 2011 I created a post on my blog of the Top 10 Gamification Gurus ranked according to their social media influence score. It was by far the single most important post I did, driving masses of traffic. I then repeated it monthly and saw simliar levels of engagement. Over time I started to make the scoring algorithm more sophisticated taking into account different metrics from other sites such as Slideshare, Twitter and Youtube. Doing this meant is was taking me around 3 days every month to collect the scores, process the results and produce the final list. I thought there must be a way to automate this and I bet others have similar issues - so I created Leaderboarded to automate the process and made it available at low cost to any other prospective leaderboarders. Has social media helped you promote Leaderboard? Yes Leaderboarded is built on top of other social networks which allows scores and rankings on the leaderboard to spread rapidly. Such as when players receive a tweet letting them know

their current rank, very often they then retweet this content so spreading our message to their network of followers. What is the biggest success you have had to date at Leaderboard? We won an award for best use of social media at events in 2013 for running a leaderboard at the Confex event for event organisers. It engaged the delegates on a grand scale in an interesting way. What key piece of advice could you offer a software start up? Focus on a niche with an itch (the rhyme works when you pronounce it like a North American!) What is you favourite social media platform and why? I really like Flipboard at the moment. It’s beautifully designed and fits my lifestyle of digesting blogs and news every so often rather watching a continuous stream of content which I find can get quite tiring! I’ve even created some of my own Flipboards which you can subscribe to via my Flipboard profile: https://flipboard.com/profile/tobyb

THE DOS & DON’TS THE DOS & DON’TS OF

ASHTAGS

Witten by Jospeh Seager

Hashtags are bigger this year than

last year (& they were huge last year!) & with more & more businesses realising that the world of social media is worth getting involved with, now’s the time to get to know your hashtags. A very brief hashtag history: The first use of hashtag was from @chrismessina who came up with the idea & questioned his followers to see if they’d be interested in using it. The tweet read: how do you feel about using # (pound) for groups. As in #barcamp [msg]? Hashtags then became popular during the San Diego forest fire as peoeple tweeted about it. Twitter was the home of hashtags but they are now used across other social networks including Facebook & Google+ as well as in everyday conversation! When you click on a hashtag in a tweet it gives you a real time feed of all tweets using that hashtag. So if you are watching a cricket match between Australia & England for example, if you tweet about an amazing catch that has just happened & put #AusvEng or even #Ashes at the end of your tweet, your tweet will be included in the feed of all posts about that subject. So you may get more engagement as people discover you through that subject matter & people might follow you.

/JosephSeager 12

A few dos and don’ts:

DON’T include punctuation or

#McDStories

like spam

A great example of how a hashtag that a company use for positive, can turn negative. McDonalds wanted people to share their best moments at the fast food joint, but it actually ended up with people hijacking the hashtag to tell of their worst McDonalds moments & slag off the company & it’s morales.

DO keep them short – with only

#Aurora

spaces – it negates the link

DO use the # symbol, DON’T type hashtag DON’T overuse hashtags – it looks

140 characters to play with, your tweet doesn’t want to be taken up by hashtags

#Susanalbumparty

Be careful of using already existing hashtags. Just because they are in the sidebar of Top Trends DOES NOT mean you should use them, well, not before looking at what they’re about! After the devasting shooting during a screening of The Dark Knight Rises, #Aurora was trending all over the world. A few days later, a boutique noticed the hashtag & jumped on it without researching it properly. The company Celeb Boutique posted that Aurora must have been trending because of their Kim Kardashian inspired Aurora dress. How wrong could they be. The people of the Twitterverse bashed the company for days.

Susan Boyle’s marketing team (who are probably now all unemployed) dreamt up this terrible hashtag. At least it got people laughing, probably not buying the album though!

With that said, just because #superbowl is trending, doesn’t mean a bird sancutary shouldn’t tweet about it’s new arrival. Everyone loves a #superbowl right?

DO define your hashtag – there are

websites out there including http:// tagdef.com/ & http://www.hashtags. org/ which can be used to do – ideal if it’s not obvious There have been a whole heap of nightmares caused by hashtags. Twitter is a tool which, when used correctly can be fantastic for business, but when you use a dodgy hashtag, things can go downhill very quickly:

Learning the Language of Social Media

As an estate agent who started in the business back when the only technology in the office was the telephone and photocopier it would be fair to say I was not exactly a resident of the social media community. But 18 months ago when I established Lime Estate Agents in Preston, Lancashire we turned away from the traditional high street agent model and chose to work in a more flexible way. Mobile broadband, internet phones, cloud software, tablets, smart phones etc all became part of our day to day lives and with it a realisation that if this was the new way of working then social media

world of online...

could be the new marketing and communication tool. We started safely with Facebook and dipped our toe more recently into Twitter and Linkedin hoping for wonderful results (like playing the lottery and expecting to win in the first week).

on Linkedin. Not massive success yet maybe but as this style of marketing is free it certainly improved our bank balance. We are still learning and if social media is like a foreign language to most people then we have just about reached the level of “je m’appelle Kevin”.

But of course as most people using social media know success like most things in life comes from perseverance and not luck. Having persevered we successfully sold a property that came to us from a client posting a request on Facebook, asking for estate agency recommendations to which 5 people named us. Most recently a new instruction came via a connection

I don’t know how big social media can be but as the saying goes “the more you practise the better you get” and all of us at Lime will learn to speak social media fluently, what have we got to lose. Just don’t tell our competitors!

Good luck out there! #socialmedia

How Twitter can help your business

Who’s on Twitter?

Great for Small Businesses

You are what you say... and how you say it.

With 500 million Tweets a day and 230 million active users, people turn to Twitter to bring them closer to the things they care about, whether it’s the news that affects their lives or the businesses down the block.

There are 230 million active users on Twitter! And those users post an average of 500 million Tweets every day. So, what are they talking about?

Grow with us. Smaller businesses everywhere use Twitter to connect with existing and new customers. It’s a truly easy way to share, promote and drive word of mouth communication about your business.

Your voice can affect the way customers communicate with you on Twitter. What you say, how you say it and how often you respond, all have a tremendous impact on customer relationships.

Connect in context.

Yes, everything. From mobile apps to cars to scientific breakthroughs to news, and of course businesses and brands. We’ve got it all.

Whether you’re new to Twitter or an old pro, we’ve got what you need to help you reach your goals. Connect with your target audience, get your messages out there and find easy and fun ways to grow your business.

Be yourself, be authentic.

On Twitter, people talk about what they care about and what’s happening around them right now, including your business. This gives you powerful context to connect your message to what’s most meaningful to your customers in real time. Engaging with real-time Tweets can influence conversations in a way that can help build your business.

They talk about everything.

They’re everywhere.

And they’re on the move.

See what your competitors are tweeting about or search for industry keywords to listen and gather market intelligence. It’s an easy way to get insights that you can use to inform your strategy.

76% of Twitter users login via mobile devices.

Want to grow your business, run exciting promotions, strengthen your brand and engage with your customers? Twitter Ads can amplify your efforts in these areas and more.

Voice doesn’t change—this is a consistent part of your brand’s personality. However, tone is an adaptable element that should always be adjusted to the situation. For example, even if your business’s Twitter voice is irreverent and jokey, you’ll probably want to shift your tone in a conversation with a stressed customer to be more comforting and respectful.

Twitter is used by people in nearly every country in the world and is available in more than 35 languages.

Listen and learn.

Grow and succeed.

There’s no need to be overly formal on Twitter. Your Tweets should reflect the individuality and personality of your business. People respond best to friendly, conversational Tweets.

Learn the difference between voice and tone.

They want to hear from businesses. According to a study by Compete, Twitter users follow six or more brands.

Stand out.

Interact and respond.

It’s a crowded digital world out there. Use Twitter to share unique information about your company that your customers can’t find elsewhere, like behind-the-scenes photos, discounts or new product previews.

Reply when people tweet about you. Favorite and retweet positive messages, and thank those who praise you. Keep in mind that Retweets can also represent your voice and brand personality. Promptly address critical Tweets about your business in a calm, helpful manner.

ROB FISHER’S SOCIAL MEDIA

TOP TIPS... Rob Fisher from Vaccoda Design gives his advice on how to make the most of social media

internet and web industry and especially online marketing since the late 90s, I am all too familiar with the trials and tribulations many companies experience nowadays when trying to fathom and crack the seemingly impossible logic of being able to successfully market a business online using a combination of wellconsidered, planned and managed Social Media and compliant SEO. My knowledge spans back to the times when Google was nothing more than a mere brainstorm on a whiteboard (did they have whiteboards back then?) or possibly a scribbled logic on a piece of paper, and when Ask Jeeves, complete with his shiny shoes, was the king of search – and when animated GIFs were considered an amazing breakthrough! We had to be inventive back then – how can we possibly get a website higher than everyone else’s and maintain the dizzy heights of page

18

1? The solution was using somewhat rudimentary and now considered completely inappropriate keyword stuffing; meta-data overload and try to present your business as inventively as possible online – and hope for the best!

I get great satisfaction out of knowing that I have successfully helped someone to understand what Social Media is

Having been involved within the

Fortunately these methods are now a thing of the past, and I have been lucky enough to grow with Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and all the other Social Media platforms – from their embryonic stage right through to the incredible platforms and search engines they have become today, and as a result my deep levels of knowledge and understanding in Social Media and

SEO has meant that as a company we are able to deliver proven, tried and tested results and consistently exceed our clients expectations. I have a compelling urge to write all the time as well, and I enjoy writing articles and blogs on the subject of marketing online, covering a wide range of topics relating to Social Media in general, Social Platforms, how-to guides, hints, tips, and DIY guides. I marry this up with SEO and an in-depth stream of articles, helping my readers and clients understand the extent of SEO and how it works hand-in-hand with Social Media. Most of all I like to help others – I get great satisfaction out of knowing that I have successfully helped someone to understand what Social Media is (and SEO) and to be able to guide someone on effectively using a Social Media platform for the first time – this is an achievement and also equates to one happy customer.

TWITTER This might sound obvious, but Be real on Twitter. It’s okay to tweet mundane things like weather commentary or what you’re eating but do it SPARINGLY. Most importantly, prioritise a range of well curated content that will appeal to all your followers and not just show a continual list of tweets that relate to you or your business. Using sources like Klout for news content and interesting stories.

GOOGLE+ Unlike other social platforms, Google+ posts act more like mini blog posts, and every post needs a headline. Not only does adding a header help your post stand out, but Google uses the first words of your post in two different ways; incorporation of your headline into the title tag of the post and the headline is what typically displays in Google search results, so make sure your headline is interesting and catchy!

FACEBOOK Invite your email subscribers to like your page. If they are friends or family then that will be very effective when you are just launching your page. But to make this really work, you will need to offer an incentive of some type such as access to free content such as an ebook or a video. Also sharing Share compelling photos. This is the most shared type of media on Facebook and can go viral if you happen to have that cute, funny “cat” or “baby” photo.

PINTEREST Look for what is trending on Pinterest - staying on the forefront of these trends can guide your decision and inform how you market and position your products or services - remember that Pinterest is all about visual - so make sure that the pictures you pin to your board are visually appealing - no-one likes boring pictures and those that are trending are likely to be compelling, interesting or “of the moment” images.

LINKEDIN LinkedIn is perfect for communicating and networking with decision makers, therefore optimising your profile with keywords that are relevant to your industry is a must - what would you search for if you were looking for someone like you? Use the words that come into your head. You can use Googles Keyword Planner to help you. Another point - although slightly obvious make sure you use a good quality photo of yourself on your profile!

YOUTUBE Although YouTube is a video publishing platform it is still very much a social network, where users can create their own content and converse naturally through videos. Making videos that are “shareable” is your main focus here. Interesting videos that are well optimised with good descriptions and a catchy title are always more likely to be shared. Generating conversation on videos is also key - talk to your channel followers!

The Do’s and Don’ts of Using Social Media for Business From InTouchCRM, sales CRM and marketing software company. We all know that Social Media is all the rage these days. From the local restaurant, to the biggest of brands like Coca Cola and Mercedes, everybody is online. If you want to make the most of these networking platforms too, here are the Do’s and Don’ts of using social media for business:

DOS

DON’TS

Do be active – nothing worse than a ghost account with no content and interaction, make every post count.

Don’t be self-centred- don’t post only your own content, you will bore your followers to death (or until they unfollow you)

Do know your audience – know the demographic, know what posts they respond to, what type of content they find engaging and deliver accordingly.

Don’t drown people in content – 1-2 posts a day sounds good 10-12 posts a day sounds overwhelming.

Do build relationships – focus on creating a dialogue, ‘listen’ as much as you ‘speak’, encourage people to participate

Don’t neglect people – if someone has taken the time to write a comment, acknowledge it. Always respond to comments, positive or otherwise.

Do coordinate your social accounts – the content doesn’t need to be identical, but the voice should be one. Incorporate your brand through all your accounts (logo, colours etc)

Don’t be wayyyy too personal :P – as much as it is encouraged to be true and real on social media, don’t forget that you represent a brand. Stay professional, don’t be offensive and mind the language.

Do work on your content – it’s not about posting just about anything, focus on content that is relevant to both your business and your audience.

Don’t sell– it’s just not the place, these platforms are for connecting with people and building relationships, not for selling.

LinkedIn - Stay in touch with customers and prospects, broadcast company news, and monitor news and buzz in your industry. Post and schedule directly to your discussions, groups, and profiles from one spot. You can now also manage and update your company Pages with Sendible.

Sendible’s Smart Queues allow for creation of unlimited queues and publishing times and dates, so you can tailor your schedule the way you need without restrictions. The tool also gives you Optimal Publishing Technology which gives you the “best time to post” metric. Don’t guess at the best times for engagement, let Sendible’s algorithm figure it out for you. While most pieces of similar software are essentially limited to Facebook and Twitter, Sendible has you covered from every angle of the online world. Here are some of the many services integrated into our social media management software.

Google+ - Manage and publish to multiple G+ pages, monitor and respond to connections, and pull reports and analytics from the most crawled social space on the web.

Social Sites

Blogs

Facebook - Manage your campaigns almost completely from Sendible. Post or schedule posts for updates and images, monitor your feed, and manage your profiles, pages, albums, groups, and more.

Sendible can also help you manage your blogs on Wordpress, Blogger, and Tumblr by creating and scheduling your posts. Other blog sites are also linked, including SquareSpace, MoveableType, Ning, Posterous, TypePad, and Sendiblog.

FourSquare - Post and schedule updates, tips, and shouts for any page or location. View, monitor, and respond to any updates. Pinterest - Post and schedule pins to specific boards as link previews, photos with links, or YouTube and Vimeo videos. Retrieve detailed analytics about your activity, views, and shares.

It might be hard to believe in the age of social media, but email newsletters are still the top driver for new customers and sales, generally speaking. If your dashboard doesn’t include email automation or SMS integration, you’re missing out on a huge group of potential clients. Creating and scheduling automated email and sms campaigns is just as simple with Sendible as posting to Facebook. You can even set up auto-response and triggered email sequence messages for new subscribers or other events. More Integrations The more the merrier, ot at least the more productive. That’s why we also integrate other trackable services such as Diigo, Delicious, Bit.ly, Pocket, and Instapaper. Sendible truly is your one command center for everything online. 2. Expand Your Reach Automatically You have to sleep and eat at some point, but the web never sleeps. Make sure you aren’t missing out on important mentions or responses that must be made quickly by allowing some automation in your system.

The Sendible Advantage The Priority Inbox and other listening and monitoring tools included let you spot potential problems before they become major issues. Sendible can monitor just about every nook and cranny of the web where your business’ name might be mentioned and respond quickly to either mitigate a bad mention or spread a good one. Sendible’s sentiment analysis flags the mentions which should be paid attention to first, so you don’t have to wade through them before responding. In addition to the sites and services listed previously, we also integrate with many review sites, including: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

The Sendible Advantage Sendible gives you tools that keep it working on your behalf even when you aren’t available. For example, Sendible can be configured to automatically follow relevant Twitter users, which will lead to follow-backs in many cases.

Yet another way Sendible helps you manage your brand is through internal team activity management, so that you can approve or disapprove any employee’s posts or comments before they are published.

Twitter auto-replies are another handy feature, which will send pre-set messages to users who tweet your target keywords in their posts. Merge tags will even make them look authentic and not autogenerated.

If you’re involved in social media, blogs, review sites, or any other online activity for marketing and brand promotion and management, you have to know what your ROI is. Otherwise you have a really

expensive and time-consuming habit. Most businesses still struggle to measure the return of the time and money they invest online, but Sendible makes it easy. The Sendible Advantage Sendible has by far the most robust and informative Reporting and Analytics available for social media and other online services. It integrates Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Bit.ly tracking, and more. We have even added a Facebook Post Consumption metric to differentiate between engaged users and consumers. You have access to a library of over 100 different charts, graphs, and metrics, and you can create your own branded and customized reports. These analytics and reports can be automatically sent to clients or your boss every week, which saves you even more time and allows you to concentrate on creativity. 5. Be Front and Center Maintaining brand continuity across the web is important for your business. You don’t want consumers to be confused about who you are or what you do. Brand Management is one way to accomplish this, but the little things often mean a lot as well. The Sendible Advantage Sendible is the only social media management tool that allows you to create branded posts. Add your company’s tagline to your posts and include a link to your website, increasing direct traffic and boosting your search rankings (SEO). Franchises and Agencies can even create their own branded dashboard, which can be tailored to the look and feel of the company’s brand, removing any vestige of the Sendible brand from your posts and reports, even from the dashboard itself. Clients never have to know that you are using a third-party platform. Instead it will appear as if you have developed your own system, making you look all the more impressive. If you’re still not convinced that Sendible is the most indispensable tool you can have in your toolbox for marketing and brand management, give it a try for free for 30 days. You won’t be disappointed, and it might be the best hiring decision you’ve made in years.
