Activity: DEBATE
Instructions • Form four groups: 2 with 8 students, and 2 with 9 students. • The two groups of 9 students will prepare the debate: Spontaneous Generation vs Cell Generation. • The two groups of 8 students will prepare the debate: • Exogenous Generation vs Divine Generation. • At the end of each debate, the groups that didn't participate of the debate will cast votes to decide which group was more convincing and presenting more solid reasons. • The two winner groups will obtain a grade starting at 16, towards the final average in the rubrics of: Investigation and Application. • The other two groups will obtain a grade up to 15.
Debate date: Tuesday, March 10th.

DEBATE RULES • Spontaneous vs Cell Theory will have 16 minutes. Each student from every group has a 1 minute intervention. • Exogenous vs Divine will have 18 minutes. Each student from every group has a 1 minute intervention. • After each debate there are 3 minutes of question from the non‐ participating groups.
