Enjoy afternoons of handbuilding with clay, using the techniques of slab, pinch & coil construction. Learn how to continue this clay experience at home. Tuition covers one person. Adult and child must each be registered under their own name. Supply fee of $15 per individual, payable to instructor at first class. Sumi Ink Painting Parent and Child $35 Workshop (Ages 7-11)

Discover a timeless oriental art with Sumi ink drawing. Sumi ink painting is a traditional East Asian art form that uses black ink and water to create beautiful, monochromatic paintings. Sumi ink drawing encourages students to express creativity and appreciate the beauty of simplistic yet graceful forms of art. We will focus on learning different brushstroke techniques, textures, and blending methods to create beautiful artworks. Tuition is per person (Each parent/guardian and child attendees are required to register). Spooky Spiders, Bats & Spirits - $40 Parent & Child Workshop (Ages 5-12)

What would Halloween be without a few spiders and spirits? Both the parent and child will create long-lasting 3-D characters that hang and crawl to disturb your guests on Halloween. Cornhusk Dolls: A Parent & Child $40 Holiday Workshop (Ages 5-12)

A parent/child workshop. Both native and colonial Americans used cornhusks to create beautiful doll forms. Parent and child will learn several traditional ways to create their unique dolls. Perfect for holiday gifts! Tuition covers one person. Adult and child must each be registered under their own name. Parent & Child Card Printmaking $60 Winter Workshop (Ages 6-12)

Parent and child each create designs together in soft cut relief blocks to print with color ink. Mono-printing, stamping, and drawing also will take place. Celebrate the winter season with 20 or more cards per person, and 5x7inch artworks in a fun holiday atmosphere. Parent and child must register separately; tuition is per person.
