GLENELG GOLF CLUB INCORPORATED STATEMENT BY COMMITTEE

In the opinion of the Committee of Management of Glenelg Golf Club Incorporated: a) The attached consolidated statements of Glenelg Golf Club Incorporated, comprising the statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows and notes to the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 are, in our opinion, properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Club and the consolidated entity as at 31 March 2023, and of their results for the year then ended. b) At the date of this statement there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Club will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.

The accounts have been made out in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards.

In accordance with section 35(5) of the Associations Incorporations Act, 1985, the Committee of Glenelg Golf Club Incorporated hereby states that during the financial year ended 31 March 2023:
