read! Local charity Dorset Reading Partners is recruiting volunteers to deliver vital literacy support to children in primary schools across the area. The charity has been supplying primary schools with trained literacy volunteers for fifteen years. Volunteers will be provided with full training, a DBS check, resources and ongoing support from the charity’s friendly team. Matthew Lloyd discusses his research which exploits differences between diseased and normal cells and in particular explores the role of specific enzymes in driving aggressive cancerous developments.
