Questions
Advert
1) Is your production fit for purpose? E.g. does it fulfil the codes and conventions of a TV advert? Is it 3060seconds?
My advert is fit for purpose because it fulfills the codes and conventions of an advert. My advert has humor created by cheesy special effects. Also I show the logo throughout the advert and I show the company name, logo and slogan at the end of the advert. My advert has a short version lasting 34 seconds and a longer version lasting 57 seconds.
2) Compare with original intentions – have you achieved what you set out to? Refer to your pre-production; script, storyboard, shot list and shooting schedule.
The original intentions of my advert were to film in Nandos or McDonalds but we had to get permission and the venue had to be empty. We filmed when we scheduled to. And we stayed to the original idea of our advert.

3) Technical qualities – are there any flaws in the filming or editing? Does the advert look professional?
The special effects we used in our advert make it cheesy but memorable. The cheesy effects add to our humor approach to the advert.
4) Accessibility to Target Audience – does the show seem appropriate to the audience that you identified how/why?
The audience is a young demographic who like eating fast food and hanging out with friends. Our offer is two for one at McDonalds so they can eat a meal with their friends for cheaper.
5) What were your contributions to the advert? How did you divide up the work? Did you feel like you worked well as a team?
The six of us had different research tasks to perform and we all helped with the filming. I did the market research and the location research. The filming and editing was done by all of us and I felt we worked well as a team.
6) What have you learned from making your advert? Is there anything you would do differently next time?
I have learned that an advert can get the attention of the audience in different ways like fear and comedy. I also learned its good to put deals or little bits of information in your adverts to get the audience interested. Next time I would like to try an advert with more dialogue.
